WATER PROOFING APPARATUS FOR BRIDGE AND WATER PROOFING METHOD USING REFLECTION CRACK STIFFNER
The present invention relates to a waterproofing apparatus for a bridge deck capable of enhancing durability and waterproofing performance. The waterproofing apparatus for a bridge deck comprises: a vehicle frame which is movable by wheels; a coating material supplying part disposed at a front end of the vehicle frame for supplying waterproof coating material to a concrete slab; and a reflection crack stiffener supplying part for supplying a reflection crack stiffener to the concrete slab to which the waterproof coating material is supplied by the coating material supplying part. The reflection crack stiffener includes: a first nonwoven fabric arranged on an upper portion of the waterproof coating material; a second nonwoven fabric arranged on an upper portion of the first nonwoven fabric; and a fiber net adhered between the first nonwoven fabric and the second nonwoven fabric. The reflection crack stiffener supplying part includes: a stiffener mounting roller disposed at a lower portion of the vehicle frame to rotate in contact with the concrete slab; a first nonwoven fabric supply roller rotatably disposed on the upper portion of the vehicle frame for supplying the first nonwoven fabric by the stiffener mounting roller; a fiber net supplying roller disposed at the vehicle frame to be spaced apart from the first nonwoven fabric roller to supply the fiber net to the stiffener mounting roller; a second nonwoven fabric supplying roller for supplying the second nonwoven fabric to the stiffener mounting roller; and an adhesive supplying part disposed at one side of the fiber net supplying roller to supply an adhesive to a supply path of the fiber net supplied to the stiffener mounting roller.
본 발명은 교면도막 방수시공장치에 관한 것으로서, 바퀴에 의하여 이동가능하게 구비되는 차량프레임과; 상기 차량프레임의 선단에 구비되어 콘크리트 슬래브로 도막방수제를 공급하는 도막제공급부와; 상기 차량프레임의 상부에 구비되어 상기 도막제공급부에 의해 도막방수제가 공급된 콘크리트 슬래브로 반사균열보강재를 공급하는 반사균열보강재공급부를 포함하되, 상기 반사균열보강재는, 상기 도막방수제의 상부에 배치되는 제1부직포와; 상기 제1부직포의 상부에 배치되는 제2부직포와; 상기 제1부직포와 상기 제2부직포 사이에 접착되는 섬유망을 포함하며, 상기 반사균열보강재공급부는, 상기 차량프레임의 하부에 상기 콘크리트 슬래브와 접촉하며 회전가능하게 구비되는 보강재설치롤러와; 상기 차량프레임의 상부에 회전가능하게 구비되며, 상기 보강재설치롤러로 상기 제1부직포를 공급하는 제1부직포공급롤러와; 상기 차량프레임에 상기 제1부직포공급롤러와 이격되게 구비되며, 상기 제1부직포의 상면에 상기 섬유망이 위치되게 상기 섬유망을 상기 보강재설치롤러로 공급하는 섬유망공급롤러와;상기 섬유망공급롤러의 일측에 상기 섬유망의 상부에 상기 제2부직포가 위치되게 상기 제2부직포를 상기 보강재설치롤러로 공급하는 제2부직포공급롤러와; 상기 섬유망공급롤러의 일측에 구비되어 상기 보강재설치롤러로 공급되는 상기 섬유망의 공급경로로 접착제를 공급하는 접착제공급부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a waterproofing apparatus for a bridge deck capable of enhancing durability and waterproofing performance. The waterproofing apparatus for a bridge deck comprises: a vehicle frame which is movable by wheels; a coating material supplying part disposed at a front end of the vehicle frame for supplying waterproof coating material to a concrete slab; and a reflection crack stiffener supplying part for supplying a reflection crack stiffener to the concrete slab to which the waterproof coating material is supplied by the coating material supplying part. The reflection crack stiffener includes: a first nonwoven fabric arranged on an upper portion of the waterproof coating material; a second nonwoven fabric arranged on an upper portion of the first nonwoven fabric; and a fiber net adhered between the first nonwoven fabric and the second nonwoven fabric. The reflection crack stiffener supplying part includes: a stiffener mounting roller disposed at a lower portion of the vehicle frame to rotate in contact with the concrete slab; a first nonwoven fabric supply roller rotatably disposed on the upper portion of the vehicle frame for supplying the first nonwoven fabric by the stiffener mounting roller; a fiber net supplying roller disposed at the vehicle frame to be spaced apart from the first nonwoven fabric roller to supply the fiber net to the stiffener mounting roller; a second nonwoven fabric supplying roller for supplying the second nonwoven fabric to the stiffener mounting roller; and an adhesive supplying part disposed at one side of the fiber net supplying roller to supply an adhesive to a supply path of the fiber net supplied to the stiffener mounting roller.
