METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF CONCRETE BLOCK WITH PESTICIDE INHIBITING FUNCTION AND INTSELF
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional concrete block for inhibiting a pest and a concrete block manufactured by the same method. The present invention provides the concrete block installed in the coast of a river, a lake, a marsh and a sea to be used as an artificial fishing bank or a facility. The method for manufacturing a functional concrete block comprises: a primary mixing step (S10) of mixing cement with sand with particle sizes of 2 mm or less at the weight ratio of 1:3 to prepare a primary mixture; a secondary mixing step (S20) of adding sulfur of 5-20 wt% based on the total weight of the primary mixture to the primary mixture and performing a dry stirring process to prepare a secondary mixture; a preparing step (S30) of adding distilled water, at the weight ratio of 0.6-0.72 based on the weight of the cement inputted in the primary mixing step (S10), to the secondary mixture and performing a wet stirring process at the temperature of 23±3°C to prepare a block composition; and a molding step (S40) of injecting the block composition into molds and hardening the block composition to be molded into a concrete block, thereby inhibiting growth of the pest like algae and improving water quality environments basically like reducing algal blooms to manufacture an eco-friendly and economical concrete block.
본 발명은 유해생물 억제를 위한 기능성 콘크리트블록의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법에 의한 콘크리트블록에 관한 발명으로, 하천 및 호소, 해양 연안에 설치하여 인공 어초 또는 시설물로 이용하는 콘크리트블록에 있어서, 시멘트와, 입도 2mm 이하의 모래를 1 : 3의 중량비로 혼합하여 1차혼합물을 조성하는 1차배합단계(S10)와, 1차혼합물에, 1차혼합물 중량기준 5 ~ 20중량%의 황을 첨가하고 건식 교반하여 2차혼합물을 조성하는 2차배합단계(S20)와, 2차혼합물에, 상기 1차배합단계(S10)에서 투입된 시멘트 중량대비 0.6~0.72 중량비의 증류수를 첨가하고 23±3℃의 온도에서 습식 교반하여 블록조성물을 조성하는 조성단계(S30)와, 블록조성물을 형틀에 주입 후 경화하여 콘크리트블록으로 성형하는 성형단계(S40)를 포함하여 구성함에 따라 조류 등 유해생물의 생장을 억제하여 녹조 저감 등 보다 근본적인 수질환경을 개선하고 친환경적이며 경제적인 콘크리트블록을 제조하는 것이 특징이다.
