PRECAST CONCRETE STRUCTURE INTEGRATED WITH SYNTHETIC RESINS AND MENUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a precast concrete structure with an integrated synthetic resin layer and a manufacturing method thereof which improve adhesion between a synthetic resin layer and a concrete layer. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the precast concrete structure with an integrated synthetic resin layer comprises: a synthetic resin layer manufactured by including 30-70 wt% of a polymer resin by PE, EPDM, EVA or PP and 30-70 wt% of a filler; a non-woven fabric layer affixed to an upper portion of the synthetic resin layer; a first concrete layer wherein curable fine concrete enters a fine concrete accommodation unit between the non-woven fabric layers to be coupled to the synthetic resin layer via the non-woven fabric layers; and a second concrete layer integrated into the synthetic resin layer via the first concrete layer. The first and the second concrete layer are simultaneously formed by pouring a precast concrete mixture and steam curing. The precast concrete mixture has a slump value of 3-18 cm before pouring.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 합성수지시트층 일체형 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물은 PE, EPDM, EVA 또는 PP에 의한 고분자 수지 30~70중량%와 충진재 30~70중량%를 포함하여 제조된 합성수지시트층; 상기 합성수지시트층 상부에 합지된 부직포층; 상기 부직포층 사이의 미세 콘크리트 수용부에 경화성 미세 콘크리트가 유입되어 상기 부직포층을 매개로 상기 합성수지시트층과 결합된 1차 콘크리트층; 및 상기 1차 콘크리트층을 매개로 상기 합성수지시트층과 일체적으로 형성된 2차 콘크리트층을 포함하며, 상기 1차 콘크리트층은 상기 2차 콘크리트층과 동시에 프리캐스트 콘크리트 배합물 타설 및 증기양생에 의해 형성되고, 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 배합물은 타설 전 슬럼프값이 3 내지 18cm 정도인 것을 특징으로 한다.
