FLAME-PROOF ARTIFICIAL TURF AND MENUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to flame-proof artificial turf and a manufacturing method thereof. The flame-proof artificial turf includes artificial turf, a fabric sheet, and an adhesive, wherein the artificial turf is flame-proof artificial turf. The flame-proof artificial turf includes a polymer resin, and includes 0.1-80 parts by weight of a flame retardant, 0-5 parts by weight of a colorant, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of an additive for 100 parts by weight of the polymer resin. The flame-proof artificial turf includes the flame retardant in the artificial turf and the adhesive such that the flame-proof artificial turf has excellent flame retardant and atmospheric corrosion resistance. In addition, the artificial turf includes natural antibacterial materials such that the flame-proof artificial has a continuous and excellent antibacterial property compared to that of artificial turf coated with the antibacterial material.
본 발명은 내연성 인조 잔디 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 내연성 인조 잔디는 인조 잔디모, 패브릭 시트 및 접착제를 포함하며, 상기 인조 잔디모는 내연성 인조 잔디모인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 내연성 인조 잔디모는 고분자 수지를 포함하며, 상기 고분자 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 방염제 0.1 내지 80 중량부, 착색제 0 내지 5 중량부 및 보조제 0.1 내지 10 중량부를 포함한다. 상기 내연성 인조 잔디는 인조 잔디모 및 접착제에 방염제를 포함하여, 우수한 내연성 및 내후성을 가지며, 또한, 인조 잔디모에 천연 항균 물질을 포함하여, 항균 물질을 코팅한 인조 잔디에 비해, 지속적이며 우수한 항균성을 가질 수 있다.
