Apparatus for reinforcing steel girder

The present invention relates to an apparatus for reinforcing a steel girder, which can easily re-tension a tension material without an additional space to install a hydraulic jack after a tension end as the tension material is tensioned by pressurizing an operating mounting barrel, wherein the hydraulic jack is installed between the operating mounting barrel of a tension mounting unit provided on one side surface of a web or a flange of a steel girder and a reaction unit. According to the present invention, the apparatus is coupled to one side surface of a web or a flange of a conventional steel girder, and comprises: a tension mounting unit provided in one end on one side surface of the steel girder; a fixing mounting unit provided in the other end on the side surface of the steel girder; a tension material of which both ends are individually mounted in the tension mounting unit and the fixing mounting unit; and a pressurization port provided between an operating mounting barrel and a reaction unit to pressurize the operating mounting barrel by the hydraulic jack.

본 발명은 강거더의 웨브 또는 플랜지의 일측면에 구비되는 긴장정착부의 가동정착배럴과 반력부 사이에 유압잭을 설치함으로써, 가동정착배럴을 가압하여 긴장재를 긴장할 수 있어 긴장단 이후에 유압잭 설치를 위한 별도의 공간이 불필요하고 긴장재의 재긴장이 용이한 강거더 보강장치에 대한 것이다.본 발명은 기존 강거더의 웨브 또는 플랜지의 일측면에 결합되어 상기 강거더를 보강하기 위한 것으로, 상기 강거더의 일측면 일단에 구비되는 긴장정착부, 상기 강거더의 일측면 타단에 구비되는 고정정착부, 양단이 각각 긴장정착부와 고정정착부에 정착되는 긴장재 및 가동정착배럴과 반력부의 사이에 구비되어 유압잭에 의해 가동정착배럴을 가압하는 가압구로 구성된다.
