Apparatus For Repairing and Reinforcing Of Aging Channel Pipe
The present invention relates to an aging channel pipe repairing and reinforcing apparatus. With the present invention, mortar adhesion to inner surfaces of channel pipes of various diameters can be improved and a plastering surface can be neatly repaired and reinforced and plastering can be smoothly performed even when the angle of the pipe is bent. The present invention includes a mortar injection unit detachably coupled to a vehicle portion, a rotating portion, and a bracket and including a first nozzle receiving mortar and air supply, an air supply unit supplying high-pressure air to the first nozzle of the mortar injection unit, and a plastering unit. The first nozzle supplied with and injecting mortar and air is detachably coupled to the bracket, and thus adhesion can be improved by mortar injection by means of high-pressure air even at various channel pipe diameters. Bending and restoring means including a universal joint and a spring is formed, and thus plastering can be smoothly performed and can be performed close to a source even at an angle-bent channel pipe. During plastering by means of the plastering unit, elastic means formed in the plastering unit pushes a plastering blade for smooth plastering. No mark is left on the plastering surface and plastering for a clean surface can be performed by means of a brush formed in the plastering unit.
본 발명은 다양한 직경의 관로 내면에 모르타르의 부착력을 향상시키고 관로의 각도가 휘어져 있더라도 미장을 원활히 수행하면서 미장면을 깨끗하게 보수보강할 수 있는 노후관로 보수보강장치에 관한 것으로, 차량부와 회전부 및 브라켓에 탈부착 가능하게 결합하되 모르타르 및 공기를 공급받는 제1 노즐을 포함하는 모르타르분사부와 모르타르분사부의 제1 노즐에 고압의 공기를 공급하는 공기공급부 및 미장부로 이루어져 있어, 모르타르와 공기를 공급받아 분사하는 제1 노즐이 브라켓에 탈부착 가능하게 결합되어 있어, 다양한 직경의 관로에서도 모르타르를 고압의 공기를 이용해 분사하여 부착력을 높일 수 있고, 유니버셜 조인트와 스프링으로 이루어진 꺾임 및 복원수단이 형성되어 각도가 휘어진 관로에서도 미장작업이 원활히 이루어짐은 물론, 진원에 가깝게 미장 작업을 실시할 수 있고, 미장부를 통한 미장작업시 미장부에 형성된 탄성수단이 미장칼을 밀어주어 미장작업이 원활히 이루어질 수 있음은 물론, 미장부에 형성된 브러쉬를 통해 미장면에 자국이 남지 않고 깨끗한 표면으로 미장할 수 있는 노후관로 보수보강장치를 제공한다.
