Disclosed are a smart bollard and a smart bollard system. The disclosed smart bollard system comprises: a body formed in a vertical cylindrical shape for preventing entrance of a vehicle; a power supply portion coupled to the body and supplying power necessary for a bollard; an object detecting sensor coupled to the body and detecting access of pedestrians or the vehicle; a speaker providing route guidance information in a vocal sound if access of the pedestrians or the vehicle is detected by the object detecting sensor; an LED displaying the route guidance information with light by being linked to the route guidance information provided from the speaker; a control portion for comprehensively controlling operation of the bollard; and a bollard maintenance and management server for maintaining and managing the bollard.
스마트 볼라드 및 스마트 볼라드 시스템이 개시된다. 개시된 스마트 볼라드 시스템은 차량의 진입을 방지하기 위해 수직방향으로 기둥형상으로 형성된 몸체; 상기 몸체에 결합되어 볼라드에 필요한 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부; 상기 몸체에 결합되어 보행자 또는 차량의 접근을 감지하는 객체감지센서; 상기 객체감지센서에 의해 보행자 또는 차량의 접근이 감지되는 경우 길안내 정보를 음성으로 제공하는 스피커; 상기 스피커에서 제공되는 길안내 정보와 연동하여 빛으로 길안내 정보를 표시하는 엘이디; 볼라드 작동을 통합적으로 제어하는 제어부; 그리고 볼라드를 유지관리하는 볼라드 유지관리서버;를 포함한다.
