Provided is a smart bollard which comprises: a local area wireless communication unit for recognizing a mobile communication terminal through local area wireless communication; a determination unit for determining whether the recognized mobile communication terminal is a pre-registered terminal; and a control unit for controlling to transmit notification information to the recognized mobile communication terminal when the recognized mobile communication terminal is the pre-registered terminal.
근거리 무선 통신을 통하여 이동 통신 단말기를 인지하는 근거리 무선 통신부, 상기 인지된 이동 통신 단말기가 미리 등록된 단말기인지 여부를 판단하는 판단부, 및 상기 인지된 이동 통신 단말기가 미리 등록된 단말기인 경우, 상기 인지된 이동 통신 단말기로 알림 정보를 전송 하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 스마트 볼라드를 제공한다.
