SOUND ABSORPTION TUNNEL WITH PANEL FIXING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a soundproof tunnel with a fixing device for a soundproof panel that improves structural stability of a tunnel structure, reduces construction costs and improves construction efficiency, by improving the structure of the fixing device. The tunnel includes posts (300) vertically installed on base concrete (200) provided on both sides of a road at regular intervals; an upper frame (410) for connecting the posts (300) at an upper end; a plurality of soundproof panels (100) installed on the upper portion of the upper frame (410); an elastic seating plate (10) with a guide partition (11) formed on a top surface on which corners of the soundproof panels (100) are seated; a metallic base plate (20) engaged to the lower portion of the seating plate; a pressing head (30) for pressing the corners of the soundproof panel seated on the seating plate (20) from a top; a fixing bolt (40) fastened to the base plate to fix the pressing head (30); and a rubber cap (50) engaged to the pressing head (30) to prevent the fixing bolt (40) from being exposed to the outside.
본 발명은 개선된 방음패널 고정장치가 구비된 방음터널에 관한 것으로서, 방음패널을 고정시키는 고정장치의 구조 개선을 통해 터널구조물의 구조적 안전성을 향상시킴과 함께 시공비용을 절감하고, 시공효율을 증대시키기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 도로 양측에 각각 설치되는 기초 콘크리트(200)에 일정 간격을 이루어 수직방향으로 구성되는 지주(300)와; 상기 양측 지주(300)를 상단부에서 연결하는 상부프레임(410)과; 상기 상부 프레임(410) 상부에 안착 설치되는 다수의 방음패널(100)과; 상기 다수의 방음패널(100)의 모서리부위가 안착되어질 수 있도록 가이드격벽(11)이 상면에 형성된 탄성재질의 안착플레이트(10)와; 상기 안착플레이트(10)의 하부에 결합되는 금속재질의 베이스플레이트(20)와; 상기 안착플레이트(20)에 안착된 방음패널의 모서리부위를 상부에서 가압 지지하기 위한 가압헤드(30)와; 상기 가압헤드(30)를 고정시키기 위해 베이스플레이트에 나사체결이 이루어지는 고정볼트(40)와; 상기 고정볼트(40)의 외부 노출을 방지하기 위해 가압헤드에 결합되는 고무캡(50);을 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
