Micro pile assembly and micro pile constructing method using the same
The present invention relates to a micro-pile assembly used for a foundation ground and a micro-pile construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the micro-pile assembly comprises: a plurality of micro-piles having a male screw formed on both ends and including a first centering part formed on an outer circumferential surface; a coupler connecting the micro-piles, and including a second centering part formed on an outer circumferential surface and having a diameter corresponding to that of the first centering part of the micro-piles; a front end support member coupled to the front end of the lowermost micro-pile among the micro-piles and including a third centering part having a diameter corresponding to that of the first centering part of the micro-piles; and a grouting hose installed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the micro-piles. An opening part passing the grouting hose is formed in the first centering part of the micro-piles, the second centering part of the coupler, and the third centering part of the front end support member.
본 발명은 기초 지반에 사용되는 소구경 파일 조립체 및 이를 사용하는 소구경 파일 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 소구경 파일 조립체는, 양단에 수나사가 마련되며, 외주면에 형성되는 제1센터링부를 포함하는 복수의 소구경 파일; 상기 복수의 소구경 파일을 연결하고, 외주면에 형성되며 상기 복수의 소구경 파일의 제1센터링부에 대응하는 지름을 갖는 제2센터링부를 포함하는 커플러; 상기 복수의 소구경 파일 중 최하단의 소구경 파일의 선단에 결합되며, 상기 복수의 소구경 파일의 제1센터링부에 대응하는 지름을 갖는 제3센터링부를 포함하는 선단 지지부재; 및 상기 복수의 소구경 파일의 길이 방향으로 나란하게 설치되는 그라우팅 호스;를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 소구경 파일의 제1센터링부, 상기 커플러의 제2센터링부, 및 상기 선단 지지부재의 제3센터링부 각각에는 상기 그라우팅 호스가 통과하는 개구부가 마련된다.
