Micro pile assembly having supporting force reinforcing member and micro pile constructing method using the same
The present invention relates to a micro-pile assembly having a supporting force reinforcement member, capable of increasing horizontal supporting force, and a micro-pile construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the micro-pile assembly comprises: a supporting force reinforcement micro-pile having a male screw formed on both ends and including a concentrically installed supporting force reinforcement member; at least one wing micro-pile having a male screen formed on both ends and a first centering part having a diameter corresponding to that of the supporting force reinforcement member and formed on an outer circumferential surface; a coupler connecting the supporting force reinforcement micro-pile and the at least one wing micro-pile, and having a diameter corresponding to that of the first center part of the at least one wing micro-pile and formed on an outer circumferential surface; a front end support member coupled to the front end of the at least one wing micro-pile and including a third centering part having a diameter corresponding to that of the first centering part of the at least one wing micro-pile and formed on an outer circumferential surface; and a grouting hose installed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the supporting force reinforcement micro-pile and the at least one wing micro-pile.
본 발명은 수평 지지력을 증대할 수 있는 지지력 보강부재를 구비한 소구경 파일 조립체는에 관한 것으로서, 양단에 수나사가 마련되며, 동심 상으로 설치되는 지지력 보강부재를 포함하는 지지력 보강 소구경 파일; 양단에 수나사가 마련되며, 상기 지지력 보강부재의 지름에 대응하는 지름을 가지며 외주면에 형성되는 제1센터링부를 포함하는 적어도 한 개의 날개 소구경 파일; 상기 지지력 보강 소구경 파일과 상기 적어도 한 개의 날개 소구경 파일을 연결하고, 상기 적어도 한 개의 날개 소구경 파일의 제1센터링부에 대응하는 지름을 가지며 외주면에 마련되는 제2센터링부를 포함하는 커플러; 상기 적어도 한 개의 날개 소구경 파일의 선단에 결합되며, 상기 적어도 한 개의 날개 소구경 파일의 제1센터링부에 대응하는 지름을 가지며 외주면에 마련되는 제3센터링부를 포함하는 선단 지지부재; 및 상기 지지력 보강 소구경 파일과 상기 적어도 한 개의 날개 소구경 파일의 길이 방향으로 나란하게 설치되는 그라우팅 호스;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a micro-pile assembly having a supporting force reinforcement member, capable of increasing horizontal supporting force, and a micro-pile construction method using the same.
