The present invention provides a shotcrete composition for resistance to abrasion and cracking and a skateboard park construction method using the same. The shotcrete composition includes 13 to 18 wt% of general cement, 3 to 5 wt% of fly ash, 15 to 25 wt% of coarse aggregate, 45 to 60 wt% of fine aggregate, 6 to 10 wt% of water, 0.01 to 0.2 wt% of natural fiber, and 0.1 to 1% by weight of colloidal silica. It has a very high abrasion resistance and an excellent crack resistance so as to be used for a skateboard park. It is possible to provide a construction method suitable for the skateboard park.
본 발명은 마모와 균열에 저항성을 갖는 숏크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 스케이트보드 파크 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 보통시멘트 13~18 중량%, 플라이애쉬 3~5 중량%, 굵은골재 15~25 중량%, 잔골재 45~60 중량%, 물 6~10 중량%, 자연섬유 0.01~0.2 중량%, 콜로이달 실리카 0.1~1 중량%를 포함하여 구성함으로서, 스케이트보드 파크에 사용될 수 있도록 마모저항성이 매우 크고 균열저항성이 매우 우수한 숏크리트 재료를 제공하고, 스케이트보드 파크에 적합한 시공방법을 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a shotcrete composition for resistance to abrasion and cracking and a skateboard park construction method using the same.
