PHC Steel plate inserting PHC Pile and retaining wall construction method
The present invention provides a steel plate-embedded PHC pile and a retaining wall construction method to which the same is applied. According to the present invention, a steel plate is installed on a steel wire of a PHC pile without welding to provide structural safety and construction convenience. The section where no wale bracket is installed is built with a general PHC pile and the steel plate-embedded PHC pile is installed in the section where a wale bracket is installed, and thus it is possible to drastically reduce the cost of retaining construction. The steel plate-embedded PHC pile according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a circular reinforcing net embedded in concrete and having a steel wire having a predetermined length, circularly arranged, and having an introduced tensile force and a tie hoop for steel wire connection; a wale bracket-joining steel plate disposed in a partial or the entire section of the PHC pile, placed in the length direction of the steel wire outside the reinforcing net, and either flat or round with the radius of curvature equal to the outer diameter of the PHC pile; and a steel wire connecting material connected to both ends of the wale bracket-joining steel plate with each one end joined at regular intervals and the other ends hooked on the steel wire without welding.
본 발명은 강판을 PHC 파일의 강선에 무용접으로 설치하여 구조적 안전성과 시공의 편리성을 제공하며, 띠장브라켓이 설치가 되지 않는 구간은 일반 PHC 파일로 시공하고 띠장브라켓이 설치되는 구간은 강판매입형 PHC 파일을 설치함으로써 흙막이 시공 비용을 획기적으로 절감시킬 수 있는 강판매입형 PHC 파일 및 이를 적용한 흙막이 벽체 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 강판매입형 PHC 파일은, 일정한 길이를 가지고 원형 배열어져 인장력이 도입되어진 강선과, 강선을 연결하는 띠근으로 이루어져 콘크리트에 매립되어진 원형 철근망과; 평평한 플랫형으로 구성되거나 PHC 파일의 외경과 동일한 곡률반경을 갖는 라운드형 중 어느 하나의 형태로 택일되어 상기 철근망의 외측에 강선의 길이방향으로 놓여져 PHC 파일의 전구간 또는 일부 구간에 배치된 띠장브라켓 접합용 강판과; 상기 띠장브라켓 접합용 강판의 양 단부에 일단이 각기 일정 간격마다 접합되고 타단이 상기 강선에 무용접으로 걸어져 연결되는 강선연결재;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
