Earth Retaining Wall having Sheet Pile and Retaining Plate and Construction Method thereof
The present invention relates to a composite earth retaining structure having a retaining plate and a sheet pile and a construction method thereof which have a composite structure of inserting and installing a sheet pile into a soil layer existing in an upper portion of the ground to support rear soil and installing a retaining plate in a rock formation below the soil layer to support rear soil to effectively prevent subsidence and cracks of the rear soil in the soil layer and easily fill soil to a rear side of the retaining plate even on the rock formation to prevent space formation between the rock formation and the retaining plate to stably support the rock formation. Since coupling members including an erecting plate, a bending connection plate, a bending cover member, a connection member, and a front pressing plate assembly are used when supporting the rock formation, each member can be easily and repeatedly reused after being torn down without damaging members such as H-piles and sheet piles.
본 발명은 지반의 위쪽 부분에 존재하는 토사층에는 시트파일을 관입 설치하여 배면토사를 지지하며 토사층 아래의 암반층에서는 토류판을 설치하여 배면토사를 지지하는 복합구조를 가지고 있어서, 토사층에서의 배면토사 침하 및 균열 발생을 효과적으로 방지함과 동시에 암반층에서도 토류판 뒤쪽으로 토사를 용이하게 채울 수 있게 되어 암반층과 토류판 사이의 공간 형성을 예방하여 암반층을 안정적으로 지지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 암반층을 지지할 때에는 세움판, 절곡연결판, 절곡덮개부재, 연결부재, 전면가압판 조립체로 이루어진 결합부재를 이용하므로, 엄지말뚝, 시트파일 등의 부재를 손상시키지 않고, 철거 후 각 부재를 용이하게 반복 재사용할 수 있도록 하는 "시트파일(Sheet Pile)과 토류판(Retaining Plate) 복합형 흙막이 구조물 및 그 시공방법"에 관한 것이다.
