MANUFACTURING METHOD OF INSULATING FILM FOR BUILDING AND INSULATING FILM FOR BUILDING MANUFACTURED BY THEREOF METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an insulation film for a building, which can improve insulation performance by forming an air layer by an interview with a building panel while forming a basic film in multiple layers obtained by thermally fusing a heat insulating sheet to a metal thin film, and to an insulation film for a building manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing the insulation film for the building according to the present invention comprises the following steps: thermally fusing the insulation film to the metal thin film to manufacture a base film; overlapping the manufactured base film in multiple layers and thermally fusing the base film to manufacture a multilayer film; and embossing on the manufactured multiple layer film.
본 발명은 금속 박막에 단열시트를 열 융착시킨 기본필름을 다겹으로 구성하되, 건축용 패널과의 면접에 의해 공기층을 형성하여 단열성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 건축용 단열필름의 제조방법 및 그 방법으로 제조된 건축용 단열필름에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 건축용 단열필름의 제조방법은 a) 금속 박막에 단열시트를 열 융착시켜 기본필름을 제조하고, 상기 제조된 기본필름을 다겹으로 겹치고 열 융착하여 복층필름을 제조하며, 상기 제조된 복층필름을 엠보싱 처리하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
