Apparatus for Forming Emergency Shelter by Folding
Disclosed is a foldable emergency shelter forming apparatus for providing an emergency shelter to save lives of persons existing in a building in case of emergency, such as a fire. The foldable emergency shelter is installed on an inner wall (1) of a building, and in order to convert an area of a living space in the building into an emergency shelter in case of a fire, comprises: a human life protection screen (100) which is usually maintained in a folded state on the inner wall (1) but is expanded in case of emergency to form a human life protection space, and which has an exit (102) formed at one side; and a state conversion device (200) of a link structure for forcedly converting a folded state and an expanded state of the human life protection screen (100). The human life protection screen (100) is formed by combination of a nonflammable material for blocking flames and a thermal barrier material for providing insulation and heat reserving performance. Therefore, the emergency shelter forming apparatus can maximize utilization of a space by securing an emergency space regulated in the Building Act without sacrifice of living spaces.
본 발명은 건물에 화재 등의 비상 상황이 발생하여 인명이 위태로울 때에 건물의 내부에 사람의 생명을 구할 수 있는 대피공간을 제공하는 대피공간 제공장치로서, 건물의 실내의 내벽(1)에 설치되어 화재시 실내의 주거공간의 일 영역을 대피공간으로 전환하여 제공하기 위하여, 평상시에는 내벽(1)에 접힌 상태로 유지되고 비상시에 확장되는 인명보호공간을 형성하고 일면에 출입구(102)가 형성된 인명보호막(100), 및 상기 인명보호막(100)의 접힌 상태와 확장 상태의 전환을 강제하기 위한 링크 구조의 상태 전환장치(200)를 포함하고, 상기 인명보호막(100)은 화염의 차단을 위한 불연소재와 단열 보온 기능을 수행하는 차열소재의 결합에 의하여 구성된다. 따라서 주거공간의 희생없이도 강화된 건축법에 규정하는 대피공간을 확보할 수 있으므로 공간 활용도를 극대화할 수 있다.
