The present invention relates to a foldable emergency shelter, which can be used as a safe evacuation place by being unfolded from a structure such as a guardrail and a fence when a vehicle is broken or a collision accident occurs on a road, thereby preventing a driver and a passenger from being left on the road and secondarily damaged by driving vehicles. According to the present invention, the foldable emergency shelter includes: a column part installed on a road structure; a slab panel coupled to the column part to be rotatable to stand or overturn; and a rotation driving part of which both sides are coupled to the column part and the slab panel to be rotatable and which allows the slab panel to stand or overturn in accordance with extension.
본 발명은 접이식 비상 대피소에 관한 것으로, 도로에서 차량이 고장나거나 추돌사고가 발생시 가드레일, 펜스와 같은 구조물로부터 전개하여 안전한 대피장소로 사용할 수 있어, 운전자 및 탑승자가 도로에 방치되어 주행하는 차량에 의해 2차 피해를 입는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 접이식 비상 대피소는, 도로 구조물에 설치되는 기둥부, 상기 기둥부에 회동 가능하게 결합되어 기립 또는 전도되는 슬래브패널, 양측이 상기 기둥부와 슬래브패널에 회동 가능하게 결합되며, 신축에 따라 상기 슬래브패널을 기립 또는 전도시키는 회동구동부를 포함한다.
