Sealing composition for umbrella arch method and process for preparing the same
The present invention relates to a novel sealing composition for a multi-stage steel pipe grouting, a method for manufacturing the same, and a construction method for multi-stage steel pipe grouting. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sealing composition for multi-stage steel pipe grouting, a sealing composition for multi-stage steel pipe grouting manufactured by the method, and a construction method for multi-stage steel pipe grouting using the composition. The method for manufacturing a sealing composition comprises the steps of: adding 35-45 kg of cement and 10-15 kg of bentonite to 170-180 liters of water and mixing the same to manufacture a first solution; adding 45-55 kg of silicic acid to 140-160 liters of water and mixing the same to manufacture a second solution; and mixing the first solution and the second solution.
본 발명은 강관다단 그라우팅을 위한 새로운 실재용 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 강관다단 그라우팅 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 물 170~180 리터에 35~45kg의 시멘트 및 10~15kg의 벤토나이트를 첨가하고 혼합하여 제1 용액을 제조하는 단계; 물 140~160 리터에 45~55kg의 규산을 첨가하고 혼합하여 제2 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 제1 용액과 제2 용액을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 강관다단 그라우팅을 위한 실(seal)재용 조성물의 제조방법, 상기 방법으로 제조된 강관다단 그라우팅을 위한 실(seal)재용 조성물 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 강관다단 그라우팅 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
