Sealing composition for umbrella arch method
The present invention relates to a rapidly hardening sealing material for steel pipe multistage grouting, comprising: a liquid A consisting of 22 to 34 wt% of silicic acid and 66 to 78 wt% of water; and a liquid B consisting of 17 to 27 wt% of ultra-fine cement, 1 to 5 wt% of super crude steel admixture, and 71 to 81 wt% of water, wherein 90 to 110 parts by weight of the liquid B are mixed with respect to 100 parts by weight of the liquid A. The rapidly hardening sealing material for steel pipe multistage grouting has effects of shortening the construction period and reducing material separation due to rapid hardness by using ultra-fine cement.
본 발명은 규산 22 ~ 34 중량%와, 물 66 ~ 78 중량%로 구성된 A액; 초미립자 시멘트 17 ~ 27 중량%와, 초조강 혼화재 1 ~ 5 중량%와, 물 71 ~ 81 중량%로 구성된 B액;을 포함하고, 상기 A액 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 B액은 90 ~ 110 중량부가 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 강관다단 그라우팅을 위한 속경성 실재를 제시함으로써, 초미립자 시멘트를 활용하여 속경성에 의한 공사기간 단축효과, 재료분리 저감효과를 얻도록 한다.
