Soundproofed tunnel having earthquake proof function and construction method of the same
The present invention relates to an earthquake-resistant soundproofing tunnel and a method for constructing the same that have an impact force absorbing function capable of preventing deformation and destruction caused by earthquake or external vibrations and improve waterproofing performance to provide no water leakage. According to the present invention, the earthquake-resistant soundproofing tunnel includes: a plurality of posts spaced apart from each other to form the shape of a tunnel; connection units each having a steel pipe coupledly disposed on each post and having a fastening nut fixed on top thereof, a fastening bracket seated on top of the steel pipe and having a lower groove formed on the bottom surface corresponding to the fastening nut and elastic members built on both sides thereof in a width direction, and a fastening bolt passing through the fastening bracket downwardly and screwed to the fastening nut to allow the fastening bracket to be coupled to the steel pipe; and a cover plate whose both sides in a width direction are inserted into both sides of the two adjacent fastening brackets and come into contact with the elastic members. According to the present invention, a method for constructing an earthquake-resistant soundproofing tunnel includes the steps of: arranging a plurality of posts to be spaced apart from each other and vertically erecting the plurality of posts to form the shape of a tunnel on the surface of the ground; coupling a steel pipe to each post; seating a fastening bracket onto the steel pipe; screw-coupling a fastening bolt to a fastening nut to couple the fastening bracket to the steel pipe; and inserting both sides of a cover plate in a width direction into the fastening bracket.
본 발명에 의한 내진 방음터널은, 터널 형태를 이루도록 이격 배열되는 다수 개의 지주; 상기 지주 상에 결합되되 상면에 체결너트가 고정된 강재파이프와, 상기 강재파이프의 상면에 안착되되 상기 체결너트와 대응되는 저면에 하측홈이 형성되고 폭방향 양측에 탄성부재가 내장되는 체결브라켓과, 상기 체결브라켓을 하향 관통한 후 상기 체결너트에 나사결합되어 상기 체결브라켓을 상기 강재파이프에 결합시키는 체결볼트를 구비하는 연결유닛; 폭방향 양측이 이웃하는 두 체결브라켓의 폭방향 양측에 삽입되어 상기 탄성부재에 접촉되는 커버플레이트;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 내진 방음터널 시공방법, 상기 복수 개의 지주를 이격 배열하여 터널 형태를 이루도록 지면에 수직으로 세워 설치하는 단계; 상기 강재파이프를 상기 지주 상에 결합시키는 단계; 상기 체결브라켓을 상기 강재파이프 상에 안착시키는 단계; 상기 체결볼트를 상기 체결너트에 나사결합시켜 상기 체결브라켓을 상기 강재파이프에 결합시키는 단계; 상기 체결브라켓에 상기 커버플레이트의 폭방향 양측을 삽입시키는 단계로 구성된다.
