Environmentally friendly heavy-duty coating material composition and method of construction of bridges and steel structures
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material composition for bridges and steel structures, and a construction method thereof. To this end, the method for constructing the eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material composition for bridges and steel structures comprises the following steps: a surface treatment step of removing mill scale, rust, and paint loosely adhered to surfaces of bridges and steel structures using a brush, a power brush, a wire brush, a grinder, and an air compressor; and an eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material application step of applying an eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material to the surface of the bridges and steel structures from which the mill scale, rust, and paint are removed, wherein the eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material is composed of a water-soluble acrylic resin, natural ceramic powder, a methacrylic acid polymer, rubber blend, waste acrylic powder, a coagulation control agent, a pigment, mica powder, carbon fiber, a sacrificial anode agent, an ultraviolet (UV) stabilizer, and has viscosity of 60-450 KU. According to the present invention, performance is maintained without completely removing existing coating materials. In particular, no organic solvent is used at all without causing environmental pollution upon paint application. There is no risk of causing harm to health of an operator even when the operator carries out paint work in a closed space such as paint works inside a bridge girder, thereby being eco-friendly.
본 발명은 교량 및 철골 구조물의 친환경 중방식 도장재 조성물의 시공방법에 있어서, 교량 및 철골 구조물의 표면에 느슨하게 부착되어 있는 밀스케일, 녹, 페인트를 브러쉬, 동력브러쉬, 와이어브러쉬, 연마기, 공기압축기를 이용하여 제거하는 표면처리단계; 및 밀스케일, 녹, 페인트가 제거된 교량 및 철골 구조물의 표면에, 수용성아크릴수지, 천연세라믹분말, 메타크릴산공중합체, 고무분발, 폐아크릴분말, 응결조절제, 안료, 마이카분말, 탄소섬유, 희생약극제, UV안정제 성분으로 구성되고, 60 ~ 450KU의 점도를 가지는 친환경 중방식 도장재를 도포하는 친환경 중방식도장재 도포단계를 포함하는 교량 및 철골 구조물의 친환경 중방식 도장재 조성물 및 그의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 기존 도장재를 완전히 제거 하지 않아도 성능이 유지되고, 특히 유기용제를 전혀 사용하지 않아 도료 도포 작업시 자연환경의 오염을 일으킬 염려가 전혀 없고, 작업자가 교량의 거더 내부의 도료작업과 같이 밀폐된 공간에서의 도료 작업시에도 전혀 작업자에게 건강상의 장애를 일으킬 우려가 전혀 없어 친환경적인 효과가 있다.
Environmentally friendly heavy-duty coating material composition and method of construction of bridges and steel structures
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material composition for bridges and steel structures, and a construction method thereof. To this end, the method for constructing the eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material composition for bridges and steel structures comprises the following steps: a surface treatment step of removing mill scale, rust, and paint loosely adhered to surfaces of bridges and steel structures using a brush, a power brush, a wire brush, a grinder, and an air compressor; and an eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material application step of applying an eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material to the surface of the bridges and steel structures from which the mill scale, rust, and paint are removed, wherein the eco-friendly heavy-duty coating material is composed of a water-soluble acrylic resin, natural ceramic powder, a methacrylic acid polymer, rubber blend, waste acrylic powder, a coagulation control agent, a pigment, mica powder, carbon fiber, a sacrificial anode agent, an ultraviolet (UV) stabilizer, and has viscosity of 60-450 KU. According to the present invention, performance is maintained without completely removing existing coating materials. 본 발명은 교량 및 철골 구조물의 친환경 중방식 도장재 조성물의 시공방법에 있어서, 교량 및 철골 구조물의 표면에 느슨하게 부착되어 있는 밀스케일, 녹, 페인트를 브러쉬, 동력브러쉬, 와이어브러쉬, 연마기, 공기압축기를 이용하여 제거하는 표면처리단계; 및 밀스케일, 녹, 페인트가 제거된 교량 및 철골 구조물의 표면에, 수용성아크릴수지, 천연세라믹분말, 메타크릴산공중합체, 고무분발, 폐아크릴분말, 응결조절제, 안료, 마이카분말, 탄소섬유, 희생약극제, UV안정제 성분으로 구성되고, 60 ~ 450KU의 점도를 가지는 친환경 중방식 도장재를 도포하는 친환경 중방식도장재 도포단계를 포함하는 교량 및 철골 구조물의 친환경 중방식 도장재 조성물 및 그의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 기존 도장재를 완전히 제거 하지 않아도 성능이 유지되고, 특히 유기용제를 전혀 사용하지 않아 도료 도포 작업시 자연환경의 오염을 일으킬 염려가 전혀 없고, 작업자가 교량의 거더 내부의 도료작업과 같이 밀폐된 공간에서의 도료 작업시에도 전혀 작업자에게 건강상의 장애를 일으킬 우려가 전혀 없어 친환경적인 효과가 있다.
