SOUND MAKING DEVICE FOR UNFREEZING WATER PIPE
The present invention relates to a sound wave generator for preventing pipe freezing burst. More specifically, a sound wave generator is installed at the center of a pipe. The sound wave generator generates a sound when the flow of water occurs. A microphone sensor which can measure the sound is formed to stop heating a heater line when water flows through the pipe. When water does not flow, the heater line is operated to prevent freezing burst of the pipe. At the same time, energy can be saved. According to the sound wave generator for preventing pipe freezing burst according to the present invention, even when the temperature around the pipe becomes 4°C or less, the sound wave generator is not directly operated when a water flow sound is detected such that electrical energy is saved, and installation thereof is simple because the sound wave generator is inserted between pipes. The leakage inspection may be performed at once and a separate hole does not need to be formed in the pipe such that the installation thereof is very simple.
본 발명은 배관동파방지를 위한 음파발생기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 배관의 가운데에 음파발생기를 설치하되, 상기 음파발생기는 물의 흐름이 발생할 때 소리를 일으키도록 하고 이를 측정할 수 있는 마이크센서가 형성되어 배관으로 물이 흐를 때에는 히터선의 가열을 멈추고, 물이 흐르지 않을 때 히터선을 작동하여 배관의 동파를 방지함과 동시에 에너지를 절감할 수 있도록 한 배관동파방지를 위한 음파발생기에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 실시예로 형성된 배관동파방지를 위한 음파발생기에 의하면 배관주변에 온도가 4℃ 이하가 되더라도 물흐름소리가 감지되면 바로 작동하지 않기 때문에 전기에너지가 절감되고, 배관과 배관 사이에 삽입하기 때문에 설치가 간단하고, 누수검사를 한꺼번에 시행해도 되며, 배관에 별도의 구멍을 뚫지 않아도 되므로 설치가 매우 간편한 등의 효과가 발생한다.
