The present invention relates to a joist deck. More specifically, the present invention relates to a joist deck for slab construction and a slab construction method using the same, which eliminate construction of a small girder in constructing a slab, thereby simplifying the slab construction and shortening the air by eliminating a process such as a formwork construction. Especially, a thickness of the slab of the same span can be reduced, thereby reducing a floor height. Also, the joist deck can ensure an out-of-plane rigidity of a galvanized plate such as preventing warpage and deformation against a side pressure transmitted to the galvanized plate. Especially, stability of a joist such as reinforcing the warpage and a shearing force generated in the joist can be ensured after curing concrete. The slab construction method comprises: a deck module manufacturing process (S100); a slab basic process (S200); a joist deck constructing process (S300); and a concrete placing process (S400).
본 발명은 장선데크에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 슬래브를 시공함에 있어 작은 보의 시공을 생략함으로써, 거푸집 시공 등의 과정 생략으로 슬래브 시공상의 편리함과 공기의 단축이 가능하게 하며, 특히 동일 스팬의 슬래브의 두께 감소가 가능하게 하여 층고의 절감을 가져오게 하며, 또한 장선데크를 구성함에 있어 아연도 강판에 전해지는 측압에 대한 휨과 변형을 방지하는 등 아연도 강판의 면외강성의 확보가 가능하게 하며, 특히 콘크리트 양생 후 장선에 발생되는 휨과 전단력에 대한 보강이 가능하게 하는 등 장선의 안정성을 확보하기 위한 슬래브 시공용 장선데크 및 그 장선데크를 이용한 슬래브 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
