Level adjusting apparatus of basic structure
According to the present invention, a level adjustment apparatus of a foundation structure comprises: a base plate unit; a pair of X-gantries and a pair of Y-gantries which are arranged to cross each other; a head unit arranged between the X-gantries; a level adjustment unit adjusting a micro-height of a Z-direction with respect to the foundation structure; a shake prevention unit preventing a shake of the foundation structure when the head unit comes in contact with the foundation structure to grip the foundation structure; and a controller. Accordingly, the level adjustment apparatus of the foundation structure enables various types of steel and boards used for foundation construction of electric facilities and industrial equipment to be moved in all directions so that a vertical height can be accurately fitted to a horizontal level.
본 발명의 기초 구조물의 레벨 조절장치는 베이스 판유닛과; 서로 교차되게 배치되는 한 쌍의 X-갠트리 및 Y-갠트리와; 상기 한 쌍의 X-갠트리 사이에 배치되는 헤드유닛과; 기초 구조물에 대한 Z-방향의 미세 높이를 조절하는 레벨 조절유닛과; 상기 헤드유닛이 기초 구조물에 접촉하여 파지할 때 기초 구조물의 흔들림을 방지하는 흔들림 방지유닛과; 제어부를 포함하게 된다. 이와 같이 구성된 기초 구조물의 레벨 조절장치는 전기설비와 산업용 기기의 기초 공사시 사용되는 다양한 종류의 형강 및 판재를 모든 방향으로 이동시켜 정확하게 수평 레벨과 수직 높이를 맞출 수 있다.
