Environmentally friendly antimicrobial and mildew resistant synthetic fillers for artificial turf including antimicrobial polyurethane microcapsules and their preparation
The present invention relates to an antimicrobial and antifungal elastic filler and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an elastic filler for artificial turf, which has an antimicrobial agent and antifungal properties on an elastic chip, and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an antimicrobial and antifungal elastic chip, characterized in that a surface of a regenerated or new rubber ship is coated by mixing a polyurethane microcapsule containing chitosan, a pigment and a polyurethane binder, followed by curing. In the antimicrobial and antifungal elastic chip according to the present invention, the chitosan acts as an antimicrobial material and is usable with the polyurethane binder, so that a separate material such as expanded graphite is not required.
본 발명은 항균성 및 내곰팡이성 탄성 충전재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 탄성칩에 항균제와 내곰팡이성 특성을 부여한 인조잔디용 탄성 충전재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 재생 또는 신재 고무칩의 표면에, 키토산을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 마이크로캡슐과, 안료와 및 폴리우레탄 바인더를 혼합 코팅하여 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 및 내곰팡이성 탄성칩 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 항균성 및 내곰팡이성 탄성칩은 키토산 자체가 항균물질로 작용하고 폴리우레탄의 바인더와 사용성이 좋아 팽창흑연과 같은 별도의 물질이 필요하지 않게 된다.
