본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기 처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 싱크대의 배수구로부터 배출되는 음식물 쓰레기를 분쇄하는 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기와, 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기에 의해 분쇄된 분쇄물을 미생물을 이용하여 분해하는 미생물 처리기와, 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기와 상기 미생물 처리기 중 어느 하나에 결합 및 분리 가능하게 연결되어, 상기 분쇄물을 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기로부터 상기 미생물 처리기로 이동시키는 연결관과, 상기 미생물 처리기의 제어에 따라 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기의 구동을 가능하게 하는 제 1 케이블 및 제 2 케이블이 마련된 케이블유닛을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 케이블은 상기 미생물 처리기로부터 상기 연결관을 따라 연장되어 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기로 연결되어, 상기 연결관이 결합 및 분리될 때 연결 및 연결 해제되고, 상기 제 2 케이블은 상기 제 1 케이블과 물리적으로 이격되어, 상기 미생물 처리기와 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기에 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 연결관이 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기에 결합되면, 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기와 상기 미생물 처리기는 상기 제 1 케이블이 상기 제 2 케이블에 의해 전기적으로 연결되어, 상기 미생물 처리기가 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기를 구동가능하게 제어할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 연결관이 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기에서 분리되면, 상기 제 1 케이블이 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기와 상기 미생물 처리기에 전기적으로 연결되지 않아, 상기 음식물 쓰레기 분쇄기의 작동이 제한되는 것이 바람직하다.

The present invention relates to a food waste treatment apparatus. According to the present invention, the food waste treatment apparatus is capable of fundamentally preventing the discharge of a pulverized material to a sewer after food waste is pulverized. The food waste treatment apparatus comprises: a food waste pulverizer pulverizing the food waste discharged through a drainage hole of a sink; a microorganism treatment apparatus decomposing the pulverized material pulverized by the food waste pulverizer with microorganism; a connection tube detachably connected to at least one of the food waste pulverizer and the microorganism treatment apparatus to transfer the pulverized material from the food waste pulverizer to the microorganism treatment apparatus; and a cable unit with a first cable and a second cable operating the food waste pulverizer according to control of the microorganism treatment apparatus. The first cable is extended from the microorganism treatment apparatus to the food waste pulverizer along the connection tube and connected and disconnected respectively when the connection tube is attached to and detached from the food waste pulverizer. The second cable is physically spaced apart from the first cable and electrically connected to the microorganism treatment apparatus and the food waste pulverizer. When the connection tube is connected to the food waste pulverizer, the food waste pulverizer and the microorganism treatment apparatus are electrically connected by the first cable and the second cable, such that the microorganism treatment apparatus is able to control the operation of the food waste pulverizer. When the connection tube is detached from the food waste pulverizer, the first cable is not electrically connected to the food waste pulverizer and the microorganism treatment apparatus, thereby having a desirable effect of restricting the operation of the food waste pulverizer.
