Sheet Type Elastic Packaging Material And Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a sheet type elastic packaging material which is composed of a composite sheet comprising an upper sheet and a lower sheet bonded to the upper sheet to be integrated. The upper sheet comprises: 15-25 parts by weight of a red clay powder particle; 10-20 parts by weight of a cork powder particle; 30-40 parts by weight of thermoplastic elastic resin; 10-20 parts by weight of mixed oil; and 10-30 parts by weight of a mineral filler. The lower sheet comprises: 10-20 parts by weight of olefin-based resin; 30-40 parts by weight of thermoplastic elastic resin; 20-30 parts by weight of mixed oil; and 20-30 parts by weight of a mineral filler. Moreover, the red clay powder particle of the upper sheet is uniformly applied and penetrated into a surface of the cork powder particle and the inside of a fine hole honeycomb structure.
본 발명은 상부 시트 및 상기 상부 시트에 접착되어 일체화된 하부 시트를 포함하는 복합시트로 구성되되, 상기 상부 시트는 적황토 분말입자 15~25 중량부, 코르크 분말입자 10~20 중량부, 열가소성 탄성수지 30~40 중량부, 배합유 10~20중량부, 및 미네랄 필러 10~30중량부로 구성되고, 상기 하부 시트는 올레핀계 수지 10~20중량부, 열가소성 탄성수지 30~40중량부, 배합유 20~30중량부, 미네랄 필러 20~30중량부 조성으로 구성되며, 상기 상부 시트의 적황토 분말입자가 코르크 분말입자 표면 및 미세공 벌집구조 내부에 균일하게 도포 및 침투된 것에 특징이 있는 시트형 탄성포장재에 관한 것이다.
