Structure of sheet type elastic packaging material and method of construction thereof
The present invention relates to a sheet-type elastic packaging structure and a construction method thereof, and more specifically, relates to an elastic packaging structure installed on a road surface of a trail or a bicycle road. According to the present invention, the sheet-type elastic packaging material structure comprises: a base slab placed on an upper side of the road surface to have support stone units and hanging shaft units formed on an upper surface; a support elastic panel placed on an upper surface of the base slab to have support grooves formed on a lower surface to be inserted into the support stone units and to have settlement grooves formed on an upper surface and penetrating holes to allow the hanging shaft units to penetrate; and a buffer elastic panel placed on an upper side of the support elastic panel to additionally have settlement stone units formed on a lower surface to be inserted into the settlement grooves and to have fastening grooves into which an upper end unit of the hanging shaft units is inserted. According to the present invention, the buffer elastic panel and the support elastic panel are made from environment-friendly materials, which are not hazardous to the human body, so the health of pedestrians can be improved. The base slab, the buffer elastic panel, and the support elastic panel are fastened by an insertion method to come in full contact and to be fixated, thereby allowing a user to partially, conveniently replace them and to greatly reduce maintenance cost.
본 발명은 시트형 탄성포장재구조 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 산책로 또는 자전거도로의 노면에 설치되는 탄성포장재구조로서, 상기 노면의 상부에 배치되고 상면에 지지돌부들과 걸림축부들이 형성된 베이스슬래브; 상기 베이스슬래브의 상면에 배치되고, 저면에는 상기 지지돌부들에 끼움되도록 지지홈들이 형성되고, 상면에 안착홈들이 형성되며 상기 걸림축부들이 관통하도록 관통공들이 형성된 지지탄성패널; 및 상기 지지탄성패널의 상부에 배치되고 저면에는 상기 안착홈들에 끼움되도록 안착돌부들이 더 형성되고, 상기 걸림축부의 상단부가 끼움되도록 체결홈이 형성된 완충탄성패널로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 시트형 탄성포장재구조 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명인 시트형 탄성포장재구조 및 이의 시공방법에 따르면 완충탄성패널과 지지탄성패널을 인체에 무해한 친환경소재로 형성시켜 보행자의 건강을 증진시킬 수 있게 되고, 베이스슬래브와 완충탄성패널 및 지지탄성패널을 끼움식으로 체결하고 상호 밀착되어 고정되도록 함으로써, 부분적으로 간편하게 교체가 가능하여 유지비소비용이 대폭절감되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a sheet-type elastic packaging structure and a construction method thereof, and more specifically, relates to an elastic packaging structure installed on a road surface of a trail or a bicycle road.
