Sintering Apparatus For Manufacturing Artificial Lightweight Aggregate And Manufacturing System For Artificial Lightweight Aggregate Comprising The Same
The present invention is to address problems of a conventional art as described above, and to provide a sintering apparatus enabling continuous mass production by means of a carriage and manufacturing artificial lightweight aggregate of satisfactory dimension and quality. The sintering apparatus includes a carriage moving along a rail, a hopper supplying the carriage with a molding body, an ignition furnace provided on the lower side of the rail and igniting the molding body in the carriage, and a plurality of wind boxes provided on the lower side of the rail and supplying outside air to the molding body ignited by the ignition furnace. The ignition furnace ignites the lower surface of the molding body in the carriage and the wind boxes blow outside air into the lower portion of the carriage in which the lower surface is filled with the ignited molding body.
본 발명은, 상기한 바와 같이, 종래의 기술의 문제점을 감안한 것으로, 대차를 이용하여 연속적으로 대량 생산이 가능하면서도 규격이나 품질이 양호한 인공경량골재를 제조하기 위한 소결장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 상기 소결장치는, 레일을 따라 이동하는 대차와, 상기 대차에 성형체를 공급하는 호퍼와, 상기 레일의 하측에 마련되어, 상기 대차에 장입된 성형체를착화하는 점화로와, 상기 레일의 하측에 마련되어, 상기 점화로에 의해 착화된 성형체에 외부공기를 공급하는 복수의 윈드박스를 포함하되, 상기 점화로는, 상기 대차에 장입된 성형체의 하부면을 착화하고, 상기 복수의 윈드박스는, 하부면이 착화된 성형체를 장입한 상기 대차의 하부로 외부공기를 불어 넣는 것을 특징으로 한다.
