SINTERING APPARATUS FOR ARTIFICIAL LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATE, AND ARTIFICIAL LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM INCLUDING SAME
Provided is a sintering apparatus for manufacturing an artificial lightweight aggregate that has favorable grade and quality and can be continuously mass produced using a carriage, the sintering apparatus comprising: a carriage moving along a rail; a hopper for supplying the carriage with a molded body; an ignition furnace provided below the rail and igniting the molded body charged in the carriage; and a plurality of wind boxes provided below the rail and supplying outside air to the molded body ignited by the ignition furnace. The sintering apparatus has a configuration in which the ignition furnace ignites the bottom surface of the molded body charged in the carriage, and the plurality of wind boxes blow the outside air into the lower portion of the carriage in which the molded body having the ignited bottom surface is charged. Thus, the sintering apparatus can manufacture an artificial lightweight aggregate that has favorable grade and quality and can be continuously mass produced.
L'invention concerne un appareil de frittage pour la fabrication d'un granulat artificiel léger qui a un ensemble de propriétés et une qualité favorables et qui peut être produit en masse en continu à l'aide d'un chariot, l'appareil de frittage comprenant : un chariot se déplaçant le long d'un rail ; une trémie pour l'apport d'un corps moulé au chariot ; un four d'allumage disposé au-dessous du rail et allumant le corps moulé chargé dans le chariot ; et une pluralité de boîtes à vent disposées sous le rail et apportant de l'air extérieur au corps moulé allumé par le four d'allumage. L'appareil de frittage a une configuration dans laquelle le four d'allumage allume la surface inférieure du corps moulé chargé dans le chariot et la pluralité de boîtes à vent soufflent l'air extérieur dans la partie inférieure du chariot dans lequel le corps moulé dont la surface inférieure est allumée est chargé. Ainsi, l'appareil de frittage permet de fabriquer un granulat artificiel léger qui a un ensemble de propriétés et une qualité favorables et qui peut être produit en masse en continu.
