본 발명은 페롭스카이트 분말, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 적층 세라믹 전자부품에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 ABO로 표현되는 페롭스카이트 구조를 가지는 코어부 및 상기 코어부와 정합 구조를 가지고, 상기 코어부와 화학적 조성이 다른 쉘부가 상기 코어부 상에 도핑된 페롭스카이트 분말을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 수열합성법을 이용하여 정합 구조를 가지며, 화학적 조성이 다른 코어-쉘 구조의 페롭스카이트 분말을 제조함으로써, 신뢰성, 유전특성 및 전기적 특성이 우수한 페롭스카이트 분말을 구현할 수 있다.
