The present invention relates to a complex self-adhesive sheet having a self-adhesive seal formed on a lower surface of reinforcing fiber textile and an organic and inorganic hybrid waterproofing and insulation layer formed on an upper surface of the reinforcing fiber textile, and a complex construction method for concrete waterproofing and insulation using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an integral concrete type organic and inorganic hybrid waterproofing and insulation complex self-adhesive sheet includes: a reinforcing fiber textile layer made with reinforcing fiber selected among non-woven fabric, carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, polyester fiber, and metal fiber; a self-adhesive seal layer made of asphalt or butyl-rubber integrally formed on the lower surface of the reinforcing fiber textile layer; and an organic and inorganic hybrid waterproofing and insulation layer formed when organic and inorganic hybrid compound in which cement powder and porous feldspar particles are mixed is coated on acrylic copolymer liquid resin made by copolymerization of composite having acrylate, methacrylate, and butadiene rubber latex.
본 발명은 보강섬유직물 저면에 자착형 점착씰이 형성되고, 상기 보강섬유직물 상면에 유무기 하이브리드 방수 및 단열층이 형성된 복합 자착시트 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 방수 및 단열 복합 시공공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 부직포, 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 아라미드섬유, 폴리에스터섬유, 금속섬유 중에서 선택되는 보강섬유로 이루어진 보강섬유직물층과; 상기 보강섬유직물층 저면에 일체로 적층 형성된 아스팔트 또는 부틸고무로 이루어진 자착형 점착씰층과; 상기 보강섬유직물층 상면에 아크릴레이트, 메타아크릴레이트 및 부타디엔고무 라텍스를 포함하는 조성물을 공중합시켜 제조되는 아크릴계 공중합 액상수지에 시멘트분말 및 다공성 장석입자를 혼합한 유무기 하이브리드 조성물을 도포하여 일체로 적층 형성된 유무기 하이브리드 방수 및 단열층;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 일체형 유무기 하이브리드 방수 및 단열 복합 자착시트 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 방수 및 단열 복합 시공공법에 관한 것이다.
