The present invention relates to an acrylic injection agent injecting apparatus including: an operating part comprising a pump operating motor for providing rotational force and a pump speed controller controlling the speed of the operating motor; a rotational force delivering part comprising a joint or reducer, which is formed by combining at least two rotary members, and delivering rotational force supplied from the pump operating motor; an operating part supplying the main material and a hardening material at a proper ratio by using the rotational force supplied through the rotational force delivering part; and a discharge part mixing the main material and the hardening material, which are supplied through the operating part, to inject the mixture into a water leaking part of a structure. According to the present invention, the acrylic injection agent injecting apparatus is capable of supplying desired rotational force through the pump operating motor and the pump speed controller, and stably supplying a main material and a hardening material at a set ratio as well as easily responding to a change of the mixture ratio based on a simple change of the operating part.
본 발명은 보수용 아크릴 주입재 주입장치에 관한 것으로서, 회전력을 공급하는 펌프 구동모터와 상기 펌프 구동모터의 속도를 제어하는 펌프 속도 제어기로 구성되는 구동부; 적어도 두 개 이상의 회전부재를 결합하여 형성되는 조인트 또는 감속기로 형성되고, 상기 펌프 구동모터에서 공급되는 회전력을 전달하는 회전력 전달부; 상기 회전력 전달부를 통해 공급되는 회전력을 이용하여 주제와 경화제를 비율에 맞게 공급하는 작동부; 및 상기 작동부를 통해 공급되는 주제와 경화제를 혼합하여 구조물의 누수부분에 주입하는 배출부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 보수용 아크릴 주입재 주입장치는 구동부를 구성하는 펌프 구동모터와 펌프 속도 제어기를 통해 원하는 회전력을 공급하고, 작동부를 통해 주제와 경화제를 설정된 비율로 안정적으로 공급할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 주제와 경화제의 혼합비율이 변경되어도 작동부의 간단한 변경을 통해 용이하게 대처할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
