Scaffold pipe assembly and prefab scaffold using the same
The present invention relates to a prefabricated frame body for a scaffold and a prefabricated scaffold using a prefabricated frame body, which allows a scaffold to be simply constructed only through a process of spreading prefabricated frame bodies and connecting pipes to each other in the field. A prefabricated frame body for a scaffold according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a vertical pipe in which a right screw groove and a left screw groove are formed at an upper part and a lower part therein; a lateral horizontal pipe which is fixated and allowed to rotate by a vertical hinge shaft at the rearward of the middle of the vertical pipe in the vertical direction, and in which a right screw groove and a left screw groove are formed at one side and the other side therein; and a vertical horizontal pipe which is fixated and allowed to rotate by a lateral hinge shaft at one side of an upper part of the middle of the vertical pipe in the vertical direction, and in which a right screw groove and a left screw groove are formed at the frontward and the rearward therein.
본 발명은 현장에서 조립 골조체들을 펼쳐 관들을 서로 연결하는 과정만으로 비계를 간단히 시공할 수 있도록 하는 비계용 조립 골조체 및 그 조립 골조체를 이용한 조립식 비계를 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 비계용 조립 골조체는 내부의 상,하부에 오른나사홈과 왼나사홈이 형성된 수직관과, 상기 수직관의 상하 방향의 중간 후방에 종형 힌지축에 의해 회전이 가능하게 고정되고 내부의 일,타측에는 오른나사홈과 왼나사홈이 형성된 횡형 수평관과, 상기 수직관의 상하 방향 중간의 바로 상부 일측에 횡형 힌지축에 의해 회전이 가능하게 고정되고 내부의 전,후방에는 오른나사홈과 왼나사홈이 형성된 종형 수평관으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
