METHOD AND APPARATUS TO FABRICATE POLYCRYSTAL TRANSPARENT YTTRIUM OXIDE CERAMIC
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing polycrystalline transparent yttrium oxide ceramics. More particularly, the method comprises: a raw material mixing step of mixing a sintering additive with a weighed yttrium oxide (Y_2O_3) to form a raw material mixture; a sintering step of subjecting the mixed raw material to discharge plasma treatment to form a sintered body; and a heat treatment step of heat-treating the sintered body subjected to the discharge plasma treatment. According to the present invention, polycrystalline transparent yttrium oxide ceramics with high transmittance can be manufactured in a short time.
본 발명은 다결정 투명 산화이트륨 세라믹의 제조방법 및 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 칭량된 산화이트륨(YO)에 소결 첨가제를 혼합하여 혼합 원료를 만드는 원료 혼합 단계, 상기 혼합 원료를 방전 플라즈마 처리하여 소결체를 만드는 소결 단계 및 상기 방전 플라즈마 처리된 소결체를 열처리하는 열처리 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing polycrystalline transparent yttrium oxide ceramics.
