본 발명은 다공성 구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 다공성 구조체의 제조방법은 (a) 구조체의 골격을 형성하는 골격용 분말, 및 골격용 분말보다 입경이 큰 구형이고 구조체의 공극을 형성하는 공극용 분말을 혼합하여 혼합물을 생성하는 단계; (b) 골격용 분말이 융해되어 유동성을 갖도록, 혼합물을 가열하는 단계; (c) 인접하는 공극용 분말이 면접촉되도록, 혼합물을 가압하는 단계; (d) 융해된 상기 골격용 분말이 응고되도록, 혼합물을 가열하여 경화하는 단계; 및 (e) 혼합물을 탄화하는 단계;를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a porous structure. The method of fabricating a porous structure comprises the following steps: (a) mixing skeletal powder forming a skeleton of the structure and pore powder forming pores of the structure and having the spherical shape with a larger particle size than the skeleton powder, to produce a mixture; (b) heating the mixture so that the skeletal powder is melted to have fluidity; (c) pressurizing the mixture so that the adjacent pore powder is in surface contact; (d) heating and curing the mixture so that the molten skeletal powder is solidified; and (e) carbonizing the mixture. According to the method of the present invention, the size of the pores in surface contact can be variously and uniformly controlled.
