METHOD OF FABRICATING POROUS STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a method for producing a porous structure, wherein the method for producing a porous structure comprises the following steps: (a) mixing a skeletal powder for forming a skeleton of the structure and a pore powder having the particle diameter larger than the particle diameter of the skeletal powder and forming pores in the structure; (b) heating the mixture so that the skeletal powder is melted and has fluidity; (c) pressurizing the mixture so that an adjacent pore powder is in surface contact; (d) heating and curing the mixture so that the melted skeletal powder is solidified; and (e) carbonizing the mixture. One aspect of the present invention is to provide the method for producing the porous structure, capable of mixing two different kinds of powders and controlling various sizes of cavities to be in surface contact by using a sintering type pressurization compression method.
본 발명은 다공성 구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 다공성 구조체의 제조방법은 (a) 구조체의 골격을 형성하는 골격용 분말, 및 골격용 분말보다 입경이 큰 구형이고 구조체의 공극을 형성하는 공극용 분말을 혼합하여 혼합물을 생성하는 단계; (b) 골격용 분말이 융해되어 유동성을 갖도록, 혼합물을 가열하는 단계; (c) 인접하는 공극용 분말이 면접촉되도록, 혼합물을 가압하는 단계; (d) 융해된 상기 골격용 분말이 응고되도록, 혼합물을 가열하여 경화하는 단계; 및 (e) 혼합물을 탄화하는 단계;를 포함한다.
