The present invention relates to a soundproof insulation construction material for an apartment building to be constructed on a floor surface of an apartment building for soundproofing and insulation. The soundproof insulation construction material with improved durability comprises: a plurality of anchor bolts inserted into a plurality of openings made on the floor surface, and placed at equal distances; a lower plate body fixed through the openings with the anchor bolts placed therein, formed in a plate shape with a soft synthetic resin material, and including a plurality of lower plate flow paths formed on the lower surface; a plate-shaped buffer member interposed between the floor surface and the lower plate body, having a size corresponding to the lower plate body, including a plurality of openings corresponding to the anchor bolts and into which anchor bolts are inserted, and having elasticity; a plurality of fixing nuts fixing the anchor bolts protruding from the upper surface of the lower plate body, and fixed inside the anchor bolts; an upper plate body comprising an upper plate placed on the upper surface of the anchor bolts and a pair of vertical connection parts extended downwards from both ends of the upper plate to be fixed to the upper surface of the lower plate body and including at least one resin inlet, and integrated by extruding synthetic resin softer than the lower plate body; and an insulating material consisting of epoxy resin injected into a space between the upper plate body and the lower plate body through the resin inlet.
본 발명은 방음 및 단열을 위하여 공동주택의 바닥면에 시공되는 공동주택용 방음 및 단열시공재에 있어서, 상기 바닥면 상에서 천공된 다수의 개구에 삽입 구비되고, 동일한 간격으로 이격되어 구비되는 복수개의 앵커볼트; 상기 앵커볼트가 몸체에 구비된 다수의 개구에 관통 고정되고, 연질의 합성수지재료를 이용하여 판상으로 형성하되 하면에 다수의 하판유로가 형성되는 하판체; 상기 바닥면과 상기 하판체 사이에 개재되고, 상기 하판체에 대응하는 크기로 형성되어 상기 앵커볼트가 삽입되도록 상기 앵커볼트에 대응되는 다수개의 개구를 구비하며 탄성을 갖는 판상형의 버퍼부재; 상기 하판체의 상면에서 돌출되는 앵커볼트를 고정시키되 상기 앵커볼트의 내측에 고정되는 복수개의 고정너트; 판상으로 형성되어 상기 앵커볼트의 상면에 안착되는 상판, 상기 상판의 양측 단부에서 하방으로 연장되어 상기 하판의 상면에 고정되고 하나 이상의 수지주입구를 구비하며 한쌍의 수직 연결부로 이루어지고, 상기 하판체보다 경질의 합성수지를 압출 성형하여 일체로 형성되는 상판체; 및 상기 상판체와 하판체 사이에 공간으로 상기 수지주입구를 통하여 주입되는 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 단열재;로 이루어지는 내구성이 향상된 공동주택의 바닥면용 방음 및 단열시공재에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a soundproof insulation construction material for an apartment building to be constructed on a floor surface of an apartment building for soundproofing and insulation.
