The present invention relates to a construction method for a side wall in an apartment building using a soundproof material with improved earthquake-proof performance. According to the present invention, the construction method for a side wall in an apartment building using a soundproof material comprises: a step of including multiple anchor bolts to be spaced at same intervals and to be inserted into multiple openings bored on a side wall having a chipping surface installed as the side wall formed of existing concrete is chipped; a step of installing a plate-shaped buffer member with elasticity and including the multiple openings corresponding to the anchor bolt in order for the anchor bolt to be inserted in the upper part of the side wall; a step of installing a lower plate body having multiple grooves on the lower surface, on the buffer member and formed of a soft synthetic resin material in a plate shape, wherein the anchor bolt is fixed by penetrating the multiple openings installed in a body; a step of fixing the anchor bolt protruding from the upper surface of the lower plate body and fixing a fixing nut on the inner side of the anchor bolt; a step of connecting the anchor bolts protruding from the upper part of the lower plate body to each other by a wire rope; a step of installing an upper plate body integrally formed as the soft synthetic resin which is softer than the lower plate body is compressed and formed; and a step of injecting an insulation material formed of an epoxy resin through a resin inlet into the space between the upper plate body and the lower plate body.
본 발명은 기존콘크리트로 이루어지는 측벽을 치핑하여 구비된 치핑면이 형성된 측벽 상에서 천공된 다수의 개구에 삽입 구비되고, 동일한 간격으로 이격되도록 복수개의 앵커볼트를 구비시키는 단계; 상기 측벽의 상부에서 상기 앵커볼트가 삽입되도록 상기 앵커볼트에 대응되는 다수개의 개구를 구비하며 탄성을 갖는 판상형의 버퍼부재를 안착시키는 단계; 상기 앵커볼트가 몸체에 구비된 다수의 개구에 관통 고정되고, 연질의 합성수지재료를 이용하여 판상으로 형성하되 하면에 다수의 홈이 형성되는 하판체를 상기 버퍼부재 상에 구비시키는 단계; 상기 하판체의 상면에서 돌출되는 앵커볼트를 고정시키되 상기 앵커볼트의 내측에서 고정너트를 고정시키는 단계; 상기 하판체의 상부에 돌출되는 앵커볼트를 와이어로프로 서로 연결시키는 단계; 상기 하판체보다 경질의 합성수지를 압출 성형하여 일체로 형성되는 상판체를 안착시키는 단계; 및 상기 상판체와 하판체 사이에 공간으로 상기 수지주입구를 통하여 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 단열재를 주입하는 단계;로 이루어지는 공동주택용 방음시공재를 이용한 공동주택의 측벽시공방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a construction method for a side wall in an apartment building using a soundproof material with improved earthquake-proof performance. According to the present invention, the construction method for a side wall in an apartment building using a soundproof material comprises: a step of including multiple anchor bolts to be spaced at same intervals and to be inserted into multiple openings bored on a side wall having a chipping surface installed as the side wall formed of existing concrete is chipped; a step of installing a plate-shaped buffer member with elasticity and including the multiple openings corresponding to the anchor bolt in order for the anchor bolt to be inserted in the upper part of the side wall; a step of installing a lower plate body having multiple grooves on the lower surface, on the buffer member and formed of a soft synthetic resin material in a plate shape, wherein the anchor bolt is fixed by penetrating the multiple openings installed in a body; a step of fixing the anchor bolt protruding from the upper surface of the lower plate body and fixing a fixing nut on the inner side of the anchor bolt; a step of connecting the anchor bolts protruding from the upper part of the lower plate body to each other by a wire rope; a step of installing an upper plate body integrally formed as the soft synthetic resin which is softer than the lower plate body is compressed and formed; and a step of injecting an insulation material formed of an epoxy resin through a resin inlet into the space between the upper plate body and the lower plate body.
본 발명은 기존콘크리트로 이루어지는 측벽을 치핑하여 구비된 치핑면이 형성된 측벽 상에서 천공된 다수의 개구에 삽입 구비되고, 동일한 간격으로 이격되도록 복수개의 앵커볼트를 구비시키는 단계; 상기 측벽의 상부에서 상기 앵커볼트가 삽입되도록 상기 앵커볼트에 대응되는 다수개의 개구를 구비하며 탄성을 갖는 판상형의 버퍼부재를 안착시키는 단계; 상기 앵커볼트가 몸체에 구비된 다수의 개구에 관통 고정되고, 연질의 합성수지재료를 이용하여 판상으로 형성하되 하면에 다수의 홈이 형성되는 하판체를 상기 버퍼부재 상에 구비시키는 단계; 상기 하판체의 상면에서 돌출되는 앵커볼트를 고정시키되 상기 앵커볼트의 내측에서 고정너트를 고정시키는 단계; 상기 하판체의 상부에 돌출되는 앵커볼트를 와이어로프로 서로 연결시키는 단계; 상기 하판체보다 경질의 합성수지를 압출 성형하여 일체로 형성되는 상판체를 안착시키는 단계; 및 상기 상판체와 하판체 사이에 공간으로 상기 수지주입구를 통하여 에폭시 수지로 이루어지는 단열재를 주입하는 단계;로 이루어지는 공동주택용 방음시공재를 이용한 공동주택의 측벽시공방법에 관한 것이다.
