Apparatus for preventing pollution of subterranean water
The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent a groundwater hole from polluting and, more specifically, to an apparatus to prevent a groundwater hole from polluting, which includes an air filter for preventing fine dust from going in a water intake pipe from the outside and performs backwash of the air filter by compressed air. To this end, according to the present invention, the apparatus to prevent a groundwater hole from polluting inserts a water intake pipe into the groundwater hole to discharge groundwater pumped in the water intake pipe by a pump from a side surface of the water intake pipe. The apparatus comprises: an air suction pipe to communicate with the water intake pipe on the upper portion of the water intake pipe exposed on the ground; an air filter installed at the end part of the air suction pipe to filter foreign substances from air flowing from the outside; a shutoff valve installed on an air suction pipeline in the lower portion of the air filter and connected to a float floating on water to open or close the air suction pipe in accordance with a water level; a compression valve installed in the water intake pipe; a valve to discharge the air compressed by the compression pump in a pulse type; a backwash pipe connecting the valve with the inside of the air filter to supply compressed air; and a backwash nozzle disposed on the end part of the backwash pipe installed in the air filter to eject the supplied compressed air in a direction from the inside of the air filter to the outside.
본 발명은 지하수공의 오염방지장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 외부로부터 취수관의 내부로 미세먼지가 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 에어필터를 구비하고, 또한 상기 에어필터를 압축된 공기에 의해 역세척할 수 있도록 한 지하수공의 오염방지장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 지하수공에 취수관이 삽입되어 취수관 내부에서 펌프에 의해 펌핑된 지하수를 취수관의 측면으로 배출하도록 구성된 지하수공의 오염방지장치에 있어서, 지면 상부로 노출된 상기 취수관의 상측부위에서 취수관과 연통되도록 설치된 공기흡입관; 상기 공기흡입관의 단부에 설치되어 외부로부터 유입되는 공기의 이물질을 걸러내는 에어필터; 상기 에어필터의 하측부위에서 공기흡입관 관로 상에 설치되며, 물 위에 뜨는 부구와 회전바에 의해 연결되어 수위에 따라 상기 공기흡입관을 개방 또는 차단하는 차단밸브; 상기 취수관의 내측에 설치된 압축펌프; 상기 압축펌프로부터 압축된 공기를 펄스 형태로 배출하는 밸브; 상기 밸브와 상기 에어필터의 내부를 연결시켜 압축공기를 공급하는 역세관; 상기 에어필터의 내부에 위치하는 역세관의 단부에 위치하여 공급되는 압축 공기를 에어필터의 내측으로부터 외측방향으로 분사하는 역세노즐;로 구성된다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent a groundwater hole from polluting and, more specifically, to an apparatus to prevent a groundwater hole from polluting, which includes an air filter for preventing fine dust from going in a water intake pipe from the outside and performs backwash of the air filter by compressed air. To this end, according to the present invention, the apparatus to prevent a groundwater hole from polluting inserts a water intake pipe into the groundwater hole to discharge groundwater pumped in the water intake pipe by a pump from a side surface of the water intake pipe. The apparatus comprises: an air suction pipe to communicate with the water intake pipe on the upper portion of the water intake pipe exposed on the ground; an air filter installed at the end part of the air suction pipe to filter foreign substances from air flowing from the outside; a shutoff valve installed on an air suction pipeline in the lower portion of the air filter and connected to a float floating on water to open or close the air suction pipe in accordance with a water level; a compression valve installed in the water intake pipe; a valve to discharge the air compressed by the compression pump in a pulse type; a backwash pipe connecting the valve with the inside of the air filter to supply compressed air; and a backwash nozzle disposed on the end part of the backwash pipe installed in the air filter to eject the supplied compressed air in a direction from the inside of the air filter to the outside.
본 발명은 지하수공의 오염방지장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 외부로부터 취수관의 내부로 미세먼지가 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위한 에어필터를 구비하고, 또한 상기 에어필터를 압축된 공기에 의해 역세척할 수 있도록 한 지하수공의 오염방지장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 지하수공에 취수관이 삽입되어 취수관 내부에서 펌프에 의해 펌핑된 지하수를 취수관의 측면으로 배출하도록 구성된 지하수공의 오염방지장치에 있어서, 지면 상부로 노출된 상기 취수관의 상측부위에서 취수관과 연통되도록 설치된 공기흡입관; 상기 공기흡입관의 단부에 설치되어 외부로부터 유입되는 공기의 이물질을 걸러내는 에어필터; 상기 에어필터의 하측부위에서 공기흡입관 관로 상에 설치되며, 물 위에 뜨는 부구와 회전바에 의해 연결되어 수위에 따라 상기 공기흡입관을 개방 또는 차단하는 차단밸브; 상기 취수관의 내측에 설치된 압축펌프; 상기 압축펌프로부터 압축된 공기를 펄스 형태로 배출하는 밸브; 상기 밸브와 상기 에어필터의 내부를 연결시켜 압축공기를 공급하는 역세관; 상기 에어필터의 내부에 위치하는 역세관의 단부에 위치하여 공급되는 압축 공기를 에어필터의 내측으로부터 외측방향으로 분사하는 역세노즐;로 구성된다.
