The present invention relates to a concrete road pavement apparatus including: a gantry type body formed across a road in a width direction, and including all kinds of electric facilities, hydraulic and pneumatic facilities, and control facilities; support parts installed in four corners of the body to support the body to enable the body to be separated from the ground; a driving part formed in the lower part of the support parts to enable the body to move along a pavement route of the road; and a pavement part installed in the lower part of the body to be reciprocated in the width direction of the road, while conducting processes for concrete application, stirring and spreading, vibration bubble removal, and roller hardening. The pavement part comprises: a pavement part body hung in the lower part of the gantry type body through a rail; a concrete supply pipe formed in the center of the front side of the pavement part body to apply concrete in a progressing direction of the body; a stirring screw formed in the lower part of the concrete supply pipe to stir and spread the applied concrete; a vibrator formed in the upper part of the stirring screw to remove bubbles by vibrating the spread concrete; and roller parts formed on both left and right sides of the stirring screw to harden the surface by rolling the bubble-less concrete.
본 발명은 콘크리트 도로 포장장치에 관한 것으로서, 도로를 폭 방향으로 가로질러 형성되고, 각종 전기설비와 유공압설비, 제어설비를 탑재하도록 된 겐트리타입의 본체; 상기 본체의 4방향 모서리부에 설치되어 본체가 지상에서 이격되도록 지지하는 지주부; 상기 지주부 하단에 형성되어 본체가 도로의 포장경로를 따라 이동하도록 하는 주행부; 및 상기 본체 하부에 설치되어 도로의 폭 방향을 좌우 왕복 이동하면서, 콘크리트의 도포, 교반분산, 진동기포제거, 롤러다짐작업이 이루어지도록 하는 포장부;를 포함하고, 상기 포장부는 겐트리 본체의 하부에 레일을 이용해 매달리도록 한 포장부몸체가 형성되며, 상기 포장부몸체의 전방 중앙에 본체의 진행방향으로 콘크리트를 도포하는 콘크리트 공급관이 형성되고, 상기 콘크리트 공급관의 하측에 도포되는 콘크리트를 교반 및 분산되도록 하는 교반스크류를 형성하며, 상기 교반스크류 상측에 분산된 콘크리트를 진동시켜 기포를 제거하는 진동장치를 형성하고, 상기 교반스크류의 좌우 양측에 기포가 제거된 콘크리트를 롤링하여 표면다짐을 수행하는 롤러부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
