The present invention relates to a stirring apparatus for paving a concrete road, which comprises: a base plate coupled to the front end of a road paving device; wall body units vertically standing at the left and the right side end of the base plate respectively in order to limit the pavement width of a road; a wall body connecting unit for connecting the base plate and the wall body units such that a connection distance thereof can change; a variable actuator for pushing or pulling the wall body units to move with respect to the base plate; shaft installing units in which rotary shafts are installed to face each other at the bottom ends of the base plate, respectively; a stirring screw of which both end units of the rotary shaft thereof are detachably coupled to the shaft installing units; a compacting roller of which both end units of the rotary shaft thereof are detachably coupled to the shaft installing units, and which compacts the pavement surface while following the stirring screw; and a power unit for transmitting rotation power to the rotary shaft of the shaft installing units in order to rotate the stirring screw and the compacting roller. Therefore, the stirring apparatus for paving a concrete road can freely regulate the working width thereof in a widthwise direction, can shorten the construction period, and can be efficiently operated.
본 발명은 콘크리트 도로 포장용 교반장치로서, 도로 포장장치의 선단에 결합되는 베이스 플레이트; 상기 베이스 플레이트의 좌우양측단에 각각 수직하게 세워져 도로의 포장 폭을 제한하는 벽체부; 상기 베이스 플레이트와 벽체부 사이를 연결하되, 연결 거리가 가변될 수 있도록 하는 벽체연결부; 상기 베이스 플레이트에 대응하여 벽체부를 밀거나 당겨서 이동되도록 하는 가변엑츄에이터; 상기 각각의 베이스 플레이트의 하단에 마주보고 회전축이 대향 설치되는 축설치부; 상기 축설치부에 회전축 양단부가 각각 착탈 결합되는 교반스크류; 및 상기 축설치부에 회전축 양단부가 각각 착탈 결합되도록 하되, 상기 교반스크류에 후행하면서 포장표면을 다짐하는 다짐롤러; 및 상기 축설치부의 회전축에 회전동력을 전달하여 교반스크류와 다짐롤러가 회전되도록 하는 동력부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
