Tipping bucket for surface cleaning of storage tank
The present invention provides a tipping bucket to clean a surface of a storage tank, wherein the tipping bucket is waited in a state having an inclination, not in a horizontal state, when the tipping bucket completely filled with cleaning water is overturned and remaining foreign matters are remained on the bottom surface of the storage tank after first cleaning, and is additionally cleaned after being filled with the cleaning water by almost 60 to 70%. According to the present invention, the tipping bucket comprises: each knock type elevation means lifting each buffering block on a side opposite to rotation of the tipping bucket to form a horizontal state or an inclination, not a horizontal state, when being returned after the cleaning water is discharged, and lowered by a stopper; and each touch bar formed on both side surfaces of the tipping bucket to touch and lift the elevation means. Accordingly, cleaning is able to be realized by first cleaning and the minimum amount of cleaning water in accordance with existence of the foreign matter remained on the bottom surface of the storage tank, thereby providing effects of minimally using time for cleaning and maximally reducing the amount of cleaning water.
본 발명은 세척수가 채워진 티핑버킷이 완전히 전복되어 1차적으로 세척 후 혹여 저류조의 바닥면으로 잔여 이물질이 잔존할 경우, 티핑버킷이 수평상태가 아닌 기울기를 가진 상태로 대기하여 세척수를 대략 60~70% 정도로만 채운 다음 추가적인 세척이 이루어질 수 있도록 티핑버킷이 세척수를 배출 후 복귀시 그 티핑버킷이 수평상태 또는 수평상태가 아닌 기울기를 갖도록 상기 티핑버킷이 회전되는 반대 측의 각 완충블록을 터치에 의해 상승시키며 스토퍼에 의해 하강 가능하게 구비되는 녹크방식인 각각의 승강수단; 및 상기 티핑버킷의 양 측면에 상기 승강수단을 터치하여 상승시키는 각각의 터치 바;를 포함하는 저류조 표면 세척용 티핑버킷을 제공한다. 그에 따라 저류조 바닥면에 잔류하는 이물질 여부에 따라 1차와 최소한의 세척수양으로도 깨끗하게 세척이 이루어질 수 있어, 세척에 따른 최소한의 시간이 소요되는 효과와 함께 세척수양을 최소한으로 절수할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
