Sewer Storage Tank cleaning method using tipping bucket to save washing water and tipping bucket used therein
The present invention provides a sewer storage tank cleaning method using a tipping bucket for saving cleaning water, and a tipping bucket used therefor. The sewer storage tank cleaning method comprises: a storage step of storing introduced water to a high water level in a sewer storage tank in order to secure the maximum storage quantity by introducing water into the sewer storage tank to a high water level, store the introduced water in a tipping bucket in the process of storing the introduced water to a high water level, discharge the introduced water stored in the sewer storage tank, and supply only a certain amount of cleaning water into the tipping bucket with the introduced water, thereby completely cleaning the sewer storage tank and saving the cleaning water as well; a step of storing the introduced water to a high water level position of the sewer storage tank into the tipping bucket; and a step of overturning the tipping bucket by rotation and simultaneously pouring the introduced water diluted with the cleaning water, which is stored in the tipping bucket, to clean the deposits precipitated on the floor surface of the sewer storage tank. Therefore, the maximum storage capacity of a sewer storage tank can be secured, and the amount of cleaning water required for cleaning a sewer storage tank can be minimized at the same time, thereby securing a high economic feasibility.
본 발명은 저류조에 유입되는 유입수를 고수위(high water level)까지 유입되도록 함에 따라 저장용량을 최대한 확보함은 물론 유입수가 고수위까지 저장되는 과정에서 그 유입수가 티핑버킷으로 유입과 함께 저장되도록 한 다음 저류조에 저장된 유입수를 배출 후 유입수가 저장된 티핑버킷에 소정의 세척수만을 공급하여 저류조를 깨끗하게 세척할 수 있어 세척수 또한 절약할 수 있도록 유입수를 저류조의 고수위(high water level)까지 저장되도록 저장하는 저장단계; 티핑버킷 내로 저류조의 고수위 위치까지 유입수가 저장되는 단계; 티핑버킷이 회전에 의해 전복되면서 티핑버킷 내에 저장된 세척수가 희석된 유입수가 동시에 쏟아져 저류조의 바닥면에 침전된 퇴적물을 세척하는 단계;를 포함하는 세척수 절약을 위한 티핑버킷을 이용한 저류조 세척방법 및 그에 사용되는 티핑버킷을 제공한다. . 그에 따라 저류조에서의 최대한의 저장용량을 확보할 수 있는 효과와 함께 저류조 세척에 따른 세척수 양을 최대한 절약할 수 있어 높은 경제성을 확보할 수 있는 효과도 가진다.
