Safety floor structure for facilities
The present invention provides a safety floor structure for a facility, being light, realizing smooth vertical ventilation and particularly making the construction process more convenient, which comprises: a grating panel having a frame type body having thickness, securely supported on the facility and having a space, vertically penetrated, therein, and a plurality of grid pieces fixated on an inner surface of the body to partition the space of the body by a plurality of through holes; an upper plate laminated on an upper surface of the grating panel, seated thereon and made of a plate shape body having a plurality of through holes vertically penetrated; and a binding unit binding the upper plate to an upper part of the grating panel, wherein the binding unit includes: fixation holes vertically penetrated on the upper plate at positions vertically conforming to the through holes; a binding body having support pieces, supporting bottom surfaces of the grid pieces, at both ends when penetrated through the fixation holes and the through holes and rotated; binding rods having support bodies provided to be penetrated through the through holes and the fixation holes at the center of the binding body and provided to approach and be separated from the binding body for supporting upper surface edge portions of the fixation holes at one portion; and blocking protrusions made of protrusions formed at both ends of the support pieces to hold a pair of the grid pieces, arranged at facing positions, among the grid pieces forming the through holes in which the binding bodies are held in the available spaces.
본 발명은, 가볍고, 상하통풍이 원할하게 이루어지며, 특히 시공작업이 간편하도록; 두께를 가지고 상기 시설물에 고정 지지되며 내부에 상하로 관통된 공간부를 가지는 '틀' 형상의 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 공간부를 다수의 관통공들로 구획분할하도록 상기 몸체의 내측면에 고정되는 다수의 격자편들을 가지는 그레이팅패널과; 상기 그레이팅패널의 상부면에 적층되면서 안치되며 상하로 관통된 다수의 통공을 가지는 '판(板;plate)' 형상의 판체로 이루어지는 상판과; 상기 그레이팅패널의 상부에 상기 상판을 결속시키도록 된 결속수단;을 포함하여 이루어지되; 상기 결속수단은, 상기 관통공과 수직상으로 일치하는 위치에 상기 상판에 수직상으로 관통되는 고정공과; 양단에 상기 고정공과 상기 관통공을 관통하면서 회전시 상기 격자편들의 저면을 지지하도록 된 지지편들을 가지는 결속본체와; 상기 결속본체의 중앙에서 상기 관통공과 상기 고정공을 관통하도록 구비되며 일부위에 상기 고정공의 상면테두리부위를 지지하도록 상기 결속본체에 대하여 근접 및 이격되도록 구비된 지지체를 가지는 결속봉과; 상기 지지편들의 양단에 각각 형성된 돌부들로 이루어져 사이공간에 상기 결속본체가 수용된 관통공을 형성하는 상기 격자편들 중에서 서로 마주보는 위치에 각각 배치된 한 쌍의 상기 격자편들을 수용하도록 된 저지돌부;들을 포함하여 이루어지는 시설용 안전바닥구조물을 제공한다.
