The present invention relates to a safety floor structure which is to improve usage quality to obtain solidity of a binding structure and work convenience while binding a grating panel and a floor plate when the safety floor structure including the grating panel and the floor plate laminated and fixed to the upper part is constructed. The safety floor structure includes: the grating panel formed of a metal material; the floor plate mounted while being laminated on the upper surface of the grating panel and formed as a plate-shaped body with a binding hole vertically penetrated; and a binding means forming a double floor structure by binding the grating panel and the floor plate. The grating panel has: a frame-shaped grating body having a space unit vertically penetrated therein and a thickness, wherein the grating body is fixed to and supported on a facility; and a plurality of grid pieces fixed to the inner surface of the grating body to partition and divide the space unit of the grating body into a plurality of through holes. The binding means includes: a binding body including a fixing body on the lower part to support a lower end of the grid piece of the grating panel, and a support body on the upper part to have the floor plate laminated and supported thereon; and a binding piece coupled to the support body while penetrating the binding hole formed on the floor plate.
본 발명은, 그레이팅패널과 상부에 적층고정되는 바닥플레이트가 구비되는 안전바닥구조물을 시설할 때, 상기 그레이팅패널과 상기 바닥플레이트를 결속시키는 중에, 작업의 편의성 및 결속구조의 견고성을 확보하도록 되어 사용품질이 향상되도록;두께를 가지고 시설물에 고정 지지되며 내부에 상하로 관통된 공간부를 가지는 '틀' 형상의 그레이팅몸체와, 상기 그레이팅몸체의 공간부를 다수의 관통공들로 구획분할하도록 상기 그레이팅몸체의 내측면에 고정되는 다수의 격자편들을 가지는 금속재질로 이루어진 그레이팅패널과; 상기 그레이팅패널의 상부면에 적층되면서 안치되며 수직상으로 관통 형성되는 결속공을 가지는 '판(板;plate)' 형상의 판체로 이루어지는 바닥플레이트와; 상기 그레이팅패널과 상기 바닥플레이트을 결속하여 이중바닥구조물을 형성하도록 된 결속수단;을 포함하는 안전바닥구조물속장치에 있어서; 상기 결속수단은, 하부에 그레이팅패널의 격자편의 하단을 지지하는 고정체가 구비되며, 상부에 바닥플레이트가 적층지지되는 지지체가 구비되는 결속본체와; 상기 바닥플레이트에 형성된 결속공을 관통하면서 상기 지지체에 결합되는 결속피스;를 포함하는 안전바닥구조물을 제공한다.
