Locking structure of manhole cover and manhole bracket
The present invention relates to a locking structure of a manhole cover and a manhole bracket, which locks a manhole bracket embedded in a concrete structure and a manhole cover coupled on the manhole bracket, and comprises: a cover unit of which an upper portion is formed in the shape of a disc; a manhole cover formed with a skirt portion formed in the shape of a circumference along a lower edge of the cover unit to be mounted on a mounting protrusion of the manhole cover; an embedded portion of which a lower portion is embedded in a concrete structure; a manhole bracket formed by forming a mounting protrusion at an internal side for the skirt portion of the manhole cover; and a plurality of locking units installed in the shape of a circle in an edge of the manhole cover at a position in which an edge of the manhole cover and the manhole bracket are coupled; and a locking device formed to couple the manhole cover and the manhole bracket in the locking units. Therefore, the manhole bracket and the manhole cover embedded on a road are coupled and locked to effectively prevent unnecessary opening, deviation, and a noise generation phenomenon.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물에 매립되는 맨홀받침대와, 상기 맨홀받침대에 얹혀서 결합되는 맨홀뚜껑을 잠그는 장치에 있어서, 상부는 원반모양으로 형성된 커버부, 상기 맨홀받침대의 안착턱에 얹히도록 상기 커버부의 하측 테두리를 따라 원주모양으로 형성되는 스커트부로 구성되는 맨홀뚜껑과, 하부는 콘크리트 구조물에 매립되는 매립부, 상기 맨홀뚜껑의 스커트부가 안착되도록 내측에 안착턱을 형성하여 구성되는 맨홀받침대와, 상기 맨홀 뚜껑의 테두리와 맨홀받침대가 결합되는 위치에는, 상기 맨홀받침대의 테두리에 원상으로 다수 개 설치되는 잠금부 및 상기 잠금부에서 상기 맨홀뚜껑과 맨홀받침대를 체결하도록 구성되는 잠금장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맨홀뚜껑 및 맨홀받침대의 잠금장치구조에 관한 것이다. 따라서 도로상에 구조물에 매립되어 있는 맨홀받침대와 맨홀뚜껑이 결합되고 잠금되어 불필요한 개방, 이탈 및 소음 발생 현상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 잠금장치구조를 제공한다.

본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물에 매립되는 맨홀받침대와, 상기 맨홀받침대에 얹혀서 결합되는 맨홀뚜껑을 잠그는 장치에 있어서, 상부는 원반모양으로 형성된 커버부, 상기 맨홀받침대의 안착턱에 얹히도록 상기 커버부의 하측 테두리를 따라 원주모양으로 형성되는 스커트부로 구성되는 맨홀뚜껑과, 하부는 콘크리트 구조물에 매립되는 매립부, 상기 맨홀뚜껑의 스커트부가 안착되도록 내측에 안착턱을 형성하여 구성되는 맨홀받침대와, 상기 맨홀 뚜껑의 테두리와 맨홀받침대가 결합되는 위치에는, 상기 맨홀받침대의 테두리에 원상으로 다수 개 설치되는 잠금부 및 상기 잠금부에서 상기 맨홀뚜껑과 맨홀받침대를 체결하도록 구성되는 잠금장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맨홀뚜껑 및 맨홀받침대의 잠금장치구조에 관한 것이다. 따라서 도로상에 구조물에 매립되어 있는 맨홀받침대와 맨홀뚜껑이 결합되고 잠금되어 불필요한 개방, 이탈 및 소음 발생 현상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 잠금장치구조를 제공한다.
