Manhole cover locking manhole having an abrasion preventive structure
The present invention relates to a manhole cover locking manhole having an abrasion prevention structure. More specifically, the manhole cover locking manhole comprises: a cover frame having a locking protrusion formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof; a manhole cover fitted to the cover frame, having operating holes formed therein, and having, on the bottom surface thereof, a pair of operating housings having an operating port and a through hole; a fixing head disposed inside the operating housings, and having a fastening groove so that one end thereof is fitted to the locking protrusion; a fixing member formed on the fixing head, and formed as an operating rod having an end disposed through the through hole; a locking washer disposed at an end of the operating rod; a locking part formed as a fastening bolt that passes through the locking washer to be fastened to the end of the operating rod; and an elastic coil spring fitted to the operating rod to press the fixing head in the direction of the locking protrusion. The manhole cover locking manhole can prevent the manhole cover from being moved or separated from the manhole frame by shock or vibration generated while a high-speed vehicle passes the manhole cover, can prevent noise caused by friction, thereby avoiding accidents, and can maintain a predetermined interval between an end of a support protrusion and the inner surface of the cover frame, and maintain a predetermined gap between the locking washer and the operating housings, thereby preventing abrasion or damage caused by friction.
본 발명은 마모방지구조를 갖는 맨홀뚜껑 잠금 맨홀에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 내주연에 걸림턱이 형성된 뚜껑틀와, 상기 뚜껑틀에 끼움되며 조작공들이 형성되고, 저면에는 작동구와 관통공을 갖는 한쌍의 작동하우징이 형성된 맨홀뚜껑과, 상기 작동하우징의 내부에 배치되며 일단이 상기 걸림턱에 끼움되도록 체결홈이 형성된 고정헤드와, 상기 고정헤드에 형성되고 끝단이 상기 관통공을 관통하여 배치되는 작동봉으로 구성된 고정부재와, 상기 작동봉의 끝단에 배치되는 걸림와셔와, 상기 걸림와셔를 관통하여 상기 작동봉의 단부에 체결되는 체결볼트로 구성된 걸림부와, 상기 작동봉에 끼움되어, 상기 고정헤드를 상기 걸림턱방향으로 가압하는 탄성코일스프링으로 이루어져, 고속으로 주행하는 차량이 맨홀뚜껑을 지나가면서 발생하는 충격이나 진동에 의해 맨홀뚜껑이 맨홀틀에서 이동되거나 빠지는 것을 방지하게 되고 마찰에 의한 소음이 발생되지 않아 안전사고가 예방되며, 지지돌부의 단부와 뚜껑틀의 내면 사이에 일정간격이 유지되도록 하고, 걸림와셔와 작동하우징 사이에 일정간격이 유지되도록 함으로써, 마찰에 의한 마모나 파손이 발생하는 것을 방지하도록 된 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a manhole cover locking manhole having an abrasion prevention structure.
