A clamp for fixating a drain pipe is disclosed, The disclosed clamp for fixating the drain pipe, for clamping the drain pipe penetrated through a standing type sleeve not to move, comprises: a first semi-clamp with a semicircular shape having one end where a first hinge ring is arranged and the other end where a first coupling piece with a coupling recess is arranged; a second semi-clamp with a semicircular shape having one end where a second hinge ring bound by a hinge pin while being engaged with the first hinge ring and the other end where a second coupling piece with a coupling recess is arranged; and a binding member for binding the first and second coupling pieces of the first and second semi-clamps, wherein the binding member comprises: a coupler holder installed to be adjacent to one between the first and second coupling pieces; a latch bolt inserted into the coupling recesses of the two coupling pieces while being restricted between the coupler holder and the coupling piece adjacent thereto to be able to rotate; and a fastening nut fastening closely the coupling pieces of the first and second semi-clamps while being coupled to the latch bolt. The latch bolt includes: a cylindrical head part; and a threaded rod which is integrally arranged on a surface of the head part and to which a fastening nut is coupled, wherein the coupler holder includes: a holder body installed adjacent to the first coupling piece of the first semi-clamp and having a ground surface on which a portion of the head part is grounded; and an elastic piece arranged at an upper part of the holder body, compressed to allow insertion of the head part when the head part is inserted between the first coupling piece of the first semi-clamp and the holder body, and restored after the insertion to block separation of the head part. The present invention makes the coupling work easy even though bolts and nuts are not additionally carried since the bolts and nuts are integrally provided with the semi-clamp.
