DRAIN PIPE FIXING-CLAMP FOR KITCHEN SINK
The present invention relates to a fixing clamp for drain pipes of a kitchen sink that can lift and organize the drain pipes from a floor of a kitchen to keep kitchen environment neat. The fixing clamp includes a bending band configured to enclose and restrain at least one drain pipe; and a positioner assembled integrally to the bending band and configured to fix a position of the bending band fastened to a certain position of a surrounding object made of steel. The bending band has a band portion branched from one portion to have a certain length so that each piece is bent in an opposite direction to form a circular shape, by which the drain pipes are received in an inner space formed by the branched portions, and are restrained by the bending band, and a wedge portion configured to be engaged to the positioner and to adjust a protruding range of the band portion in view of a size of the drain pipe. A front end of the band is provided with an extendible band to extend or decrease the whole length by pull or push, in view of a diameter of the drain pipe to be restrained. An outer surface of the wedge portion is provided with locking protrusions in a longitudinal direction to adjust an insertion depth by stages when the wedge portion is engaged to the positioner.
본 발명은 주방용 배수관 고정클램프에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 주방(또는 조리장)에 아무렇게나 널브러져있던 다수의 배수관을 바닥으로부터 견인/정돈하여 깔끔한 주방환경을 조성할 수 있도록 한 주방용 배수관 고정클램프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 하나 또는 그 이상 복수의 배수관을 둘러 감싸는 형태로 구속이 가능한 밴딩밴드; 상기 밴딩밴드와 일체로 연계조립되는 한편, 스틸소재로 된 주변 기물의 임의부위에 결부한 상기 밴딩밴드의 위치고정이 가능토록 하는 포지셔너;로 구성되되, 상기 밴딩밴드는, 일부위로부터 두 편으로 분기되어 일정길이를 가지며 각각의 편이 상호 대향하는 외측과 상측으로 휘어져 둥근 곡선형태를 이루며 그로써 마련된 각 내측공간으로 복수 배수관을 각각 수용한 상태로 둘러 감싸 구속함이 가능케 된 밴드부와, 상기 포지셔너와의 연계조립과 더불어 상기 배수관의 직경 크기를 감안한 상기 밴드부의 돌출범위 조절을 위한 웨지부로 이루어지고, 상기 밴드부의 선단부에는, 다양한 직경 크기를 갖는 배수관들 구속을 고려하여, 진퇴작용에 의한 전체길이의 확장과 축소를 위한 신장밴드가 더 구비결합되며, 상기 웨지부의 외면에는, 상기 포지셔너와의 연계조립시 삽입깊이의 단계적 조절을 위한 걸림돌기가 길이방향을 따라 연속으로 나열형성됨을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a fixing clamp for drain pipes of a kitchen sink that can lift and organize the drain pipes from a floor of a kitchen to keep kitchen environment neat. The fixing clamp includes a bending band configured to enclose and restrain at least one drain pipe; and a positioner assembled integrally to the bending band and configured to fix a position of the bending band fastened to a certain position of a surrounding object made of steel. The bending band has a band portion branched from one portion to have a certain length so that each piece is bent in an opposite direction to form a circular shape, by which the drain pipes are received in an inner space formed by the branched portions, and are restrained by the bending band, and a wedge portion configured to be engaged to the positioner and to adjust a protruding range of the band portion in view of a size of the drain pipe. A front end of the band is provided with an extendible band to extend or decrease the whole length by pull or push, in view of a diameter of the drain pipe to be restrained. 본 발명은 주방용 배수관 고정클램프에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 주방(또는 조리장)에 아무렇게나 널브러져있던 다수의 배수관을 바닥으로부터 견인/정돈하여 깔끔한 주방환경을 조성할 수 있도록 한 주방용 배수관 고정클램프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 하나 또는 그 이상 복수의 배수관을 둘러 감싸는 형태로 구속이 가능한 밴딩밴드; 상기 밴딩밴드와 일체로 연계조립되는 한편, 스틸소재로 된 주변 기물의 임의부위에 결부한 상기 밴딩밴드의 위치고정이 가능토록 하는 포지셔너;로 구성되되, 상기 밴딩밴드는, 일부위로부터 두 편으로 분기되어 일정길이를 가지며 각각의 편이 상호 대향하는 외측과 상측으로 휘어져 둥근 곡선형태를 이루며 그로써 마련된 각 내측공간으로 복수 배수관을 각각 수용한 상태로 둘러 감싸 구속함이 가능케 된 밴드부와, 상기 포지셔너와의 연계조립과 더불어 상기 배수관의 직경 크기를 감안한 상기 밴드부의 돌출범위 조절을 위한 웨지부로 이루어지고, 상기 밴드부의 선단부에는, 다양한 직경 크기를 갖는 배수관들 구속을 고려하여, 진퇴작용에 의한 전체길이의 확장과 축소를 위한 신장밴드가 더 구비결합되며, 상기 웨지부의 외면에는, 상기 포지셔너와의 연계조립시 삽입깊이의 단계적 조절을 위한 걸림돌기가 길이방향을 따라 연속으로 나열형성됨을 특징으로 한다.
